PAP:
4-5/8 x 1/4 down

Drilled 5-3/8 x 3-1/2 x 2-1/2 No extra hole.
The Anaconda revisits the success of Brunswick's Activator Plus coverstock that proved so successful on the Absolute Inferno and Vapor Zone.
The symmetry of the Anconda's core produces a motion very similar to the Absolute but a bit cleaner through the fronts with a continuous and predictable back end motion.
Initial tests 40 foot THS medium volume.
With my rev rate and preferred trajectories I found the Anaconda to be a fantastic benchmark ball to define the pattern's oil line.
The ball fits very well between my C (System 4.5) and Revolver making it a great choice as the first ball out of the bag.
I would recommend the Anaconda to anyone as a great tool on many of the sport patterns.
The predictability combined with the ball's continuation down lane should be a great asset as the demanding conditions go through the early game transitions!
Thank you Brunswick!

I drilled my C (System) 4.5 with a 5-1/8 x 4-1/4 x 1-3/4 layout.

My first tests have been on a medium oil 40 foot house shot. The ball has lived up to Brunswick's promises. I found it very easy to line up parallel to the pattern's oil line and slowly edge inside as the pattern burned up. This C (System) clears the heads with more ease than either of its predecessors and releases on the back ends very powerfully. While I would need a little more surface to attack heavier patterns the factory finish matches up very well to medium volumes.

I would encourage any bowler to put the C (System) 4.5 into their arsenal!

Ball Review: Fortera Intrigue

Tester: Taco Suave

Right Hand, 275-300 RPM, 14-16 MPH, 70 Degree Axis Rotation
PAP 3-13/16 Right 7/8 Up
Layout: 45x4-1/2x55

Lane Condition: THS

I laid out the Intrigue identical to my Exile looking for a go to ball on higher volumes than the Exile can handle without surface alterations. The ball reacts exactly as I had hoped. The Fortify Hybrid coverstock clears the heads with ease and transitions into a defined, continuous arc down lane. As is common in my game, I find the asymmetric core to create a smoother arc rather than snap. My higher rev rate-faster ball speed teammates have seen the ball snap more violently off the friction than I.

The Intrigue has truly shined on flatter patterns where it reveals the subtle changes in the pattern and offers plenty of power to respond to my adjustments as the shot moves left.

Ball Review: Melee Jab
Layout 45x5x25

Tester: Taco Suave

Right Hand, 275-300 RPM, 14-16 MPH, 70 Degree Axis Rotation
PAP 3-13/16 Right 7/8 Up

Lane Condition: THS, synthetic surface

Evaluation: The Jab inherits the best qualities of the C(System) Versa Max plus an upgrade in the backend recovery. When used on medium to heavy oil the Jab cleared the front without threatening to hydroplane. It transitioned into a strong, angular path through the pins. Do not let the pearlized coverstock fool you, this ball is strong! I recommend laying out this ball with pin positions you may commonly use on your favorite strong asymmetric bowling balls. When comparing the Jab to the Melee Cross expect easier length and a more violent change of direction down lane. For me personally I found the Jab to out hook the Fortera Exile and Intrigue. This is certainly a must have for anyone’s arsenal!

>I drilled the Revolver 5x5x1-1/2 no weight hole.
Initial tests bowled on THS 40 foot medium volume.
First shots reveal exactly how strong the Connexion Grip coverstock is.
A five board jump left of my strike line for the Anaconda found enough oil to tame down the Revolver's hook.
I then moved onto a 42 foot THS higher volume and the Revolver truly found its Happy Place!
While many of my balls struggled to pick up and turn the corner the Revolver cut through the pattern with ease.
I have found the Revolver to be very successful when I need to jump into the higher volumes of center oil after the the track has started to burn.
Where many of my more tame pieces failed to conquer the build up at the pattern's end of travel the Revolver performed with Honors!
Thank you Brunswick!
