My PAP is ¾" X 5 ¼". I drilled my All Out Showoff so that I could get more length after using my Dare Devil Danger. I stood at around the 15 board playing up the 5 board. The All Out Showoff rolled smoothly and had great backend reaction. This was a layout where the pin was higher than I have had before. The All Out Showoff came off the 5 board with smooth control and great pin reaction. The ball was not super snappy of the corner. I have to be careful with ball speed though. If I got slow with the speed I tended to leave more corner pins. As I kept the ball speed up I did have better carry. I bowled games of 258, 269 and 256 for a 782 set.

I drilled this ball 4 x 4 x 2 and my PAP is 4 x 11/16. I found that this ball rolled so smoothly and consistently. I used the ball on White #2 and Typical House Shot. I played 30 to 4 and 30 to 12. Both angles I found the ball to be amazingly the same. What I mean about that is when the Dare Devil tracked out to the 4 board she rolled smoothly and came screaming back to the pocket with truly amazing pin reaction and carry. When I tracked the ball to 12 she rolled smoothly and when she reached the break point she was not amazingly aggressive and uncontrollable I found her to be opposite. She sat their until it was time to move and she crushed the pocket as if it rolled her out to the 4 board. The pin reaction on the 12 board line was just as amazing as if I rolled it out to the 4 board. I have been throwing this ball for 2 weeks now and I have average 244. This ball is a must get and great for pin
reaction.

My PAP is ¾” X 5 ¼”. I drilled my Dare Devil Danger with a Standard Layout. What I was trying to accomplish was losing some of hook and control the ball better. My Rev Rate is so high that when lanes breakdown I have a tendency to lose the pocket for a few frames. So my thinking was drilling the Dare Devil Danger with a standard layout hoping for some length with a smooth backend with better control and not snappy.

What I got was a ball that reads the middle part of the lane well, transitions smoothly and reads very well on the backend. I was standing 22 throwing out to about 7. The ball tracked out well and when it reached the backend it was not a snapping hook but better, controlled hook with great hitting power. I could not be happier with the layout and I have finally found the ball that is good for the transition. I bowled games of 220, 232 and 225 out of the box. Great ball for the price range.

I drilled the Dare Devil Trick for length in PBA Competition. I rolled this ball on the Chameleon Pattern and the reaction I got was simply amazing. I played 35 to 12 and 20 to 5. The 35 to 12 line the ball rolled smoothly down lane until the backend where I wanted her to hook and I must say the ball was not overly aggressive but simply just right. She was a smooth controlled hook and kept the pins low for great pin reaction. On fresher oil the ball did have hard time carrying the 10 pin due to the angle but when I played 20 to 5 the ball rolled smoothly off the corner and smashed the pocket carrying the 10 pin with ease. The inside line was better when the lanes dried out a little more versus when they are fresh. I average 210 with this ball in Tournament Play.

The Hot Cell was a great ball for a Shorter Pattern on the PBA. I threw the Hot Cell on the Cheetah Pattern and got great results. The ball rolled smoothly down lane with a nice smooth arcing break and great pin reaction. I would definitely recommend this ball for drier lane conditions or shorter lane patterns.

I drilled my Roto Grip Hustle Ink stack leverage. I wanted to the ball to read the front end of the lane smoothly and transition well in the middle part of the lane. I wanted the Hustle Ink to come off the corner with great strength and create great pin reaction.
What I got was a ball that reads well early, transition well through the middle and when the ball comes off the spot it reacts so strong and smooth that the pins stay low causing great messengers and great pin reaction. I have carried more 10 pins with this ball when I hit a little high, a little light and even in the pocket. The ball is so forgiving and it amazingly reads all parts of the lane awesomely. This ball does not over react but if not thrown correctly it can under perform.

If you are looking for a ball that reacts smoothly through the front and still recovers nicely. The Hustle R/I/G and Hustle P/O/W are the balls you need. I drilled both of these balls 4 x 4 x 2. My PAP is 4 x 11/16. I was able to throw both of these balls on a fresh White #2 House Pattern and a few shorter PBA Patterns and these balls were amazing. On the House Shot, I played 15 to 5 and they reacted so smoothly through the front part of the lanes and had amazingly strong and controllable backend. I would say that the R/I/G was a little weaker for some reason but it was a great drop down from the P/O/W when I needed it. Both these balls are a must for someone who is looking for a nice Medium to Dry lane ball and for those that have a lot of hook like myself, these are great balls to have in your arsenal.

I drilled this ball primarily for the Cheetah Pattern. When my Hustle SAY was too much to play inside I switched to the Hustle PRO and let me tell you what. I average higher and scored better because I could play up the lane versus having to always swing the ball. This ball is awesome to have for those tricky lane conditions and you want to play around others and out score them.

I average around 220 with this ball when lanes transitioned and they were over hooking. This ball gave me length when my other equipment would not. The other patterns this ball has played quite well on are the Viper and the Chameleon.

I drilled this ball mainly for the Cheetah Pattern. I wanted this ball to get down lane and react smoothly on the back end. I played up the 3 board and ball rolled down lane smoothly. When she reached the back end the ball didn't take off aggressively, she rolled smoothly into the pocket with awesome carry.

When the lanes began to break down a simple move of 3 and 1 was nice. the ball still rolled smoothly and the carry was still awesome. I was able to average around 202 on freshly oiled lane and about 218 to 223 when the lanes broke down. The sister ball to this would be the Hustle PRO. Great ball to change to when the become super aggressive.

The Hyper Cell Fused was drilled with a 2" Pin Placement for the PBA World Championship. I wanted this ball to roll early of course and read the lane sooner so that I could stand right and play a more direct line to the pocket. I wanted to eliminate swinging the lane if at all possible to minimize my room for mistakes. I was standing 15 playing between the 3 board and the 6 board. The ball rolled quite smoother than I expected. The read the mid lane rather seamlessly and and had a smooth arcing motion. My issue was the carry due to the heavier oil as normal. I drilled a 2nd Hyper Cell Fused with a 3.5" Placement for when the lanes transitioned. After about 5 games I switched to the longer pin placement moved 7 boards left and played more towards the 10 board. The Hyper Cell Fused rolled with a smooth arcing motion and great backend motion and great carry. I loved the Cell line. Starting with the Cell, Rogue Cell and so on. This is a must own line of equipment.

I drilled this ball as aggressive as possible. I placed a light polish on the ball and the results I got were amazing. During the beginning of league play I started out standing 35 and throwing to about 4 to 5. The reaction at the end was awesome. The ball snapped back to the pocket and destroyed the pins. The ball kept the pins low for maximum carry. When the lanes began to break down I moved the ball inside to around 15. The ball rolled smoothly in oil and still had the no how to not overreact when it reach the back end. She sat and tracked well into the pocket with the same pin carry. This ball is a must and it will be the ball of the year. Amazing reaction and Amazing results.

The No Rules Exist is an extremely awesome bowling ball. I drilled mine with the Pin 1/2” above the Fingers and the CG kicked 1” from the center line. For me this ball rolled real smoothly and had great pin reaction. I played standing on 30 and threw my shot out to the 7 board and the No Rules Exist came back like crazy. If I compare this to my Sue Lock I would say that the No Rules Exist is about 3 to 5 boards weaker. Both balls are drilled the same. The No Rules Exist is a ball that should be a must for Oily Lanes and demanding conditions.

The No Rules Pearl is amazing. I drilled mine 4x4x2 and my PAP is 4 5/8 x 11/16. I play 35 to 5 and what I love about the No Rules Pearl is that when I am playing this line the ball is not overly aggressive it has a smooth controllable, predictable and easy to adjust break point. If I miss inside the ball reads well and does not overreact, she sits inside and still commands the pocket as if I played way outside. The one thing I look for in a bowling ball for me is how well does it read the middle part of the lane. This ball reads the middle part of the lane amazingly and if she finds a dry spot she continues through until she is supposed to hook. I drilled this up and out of the box I shot a 300. Over the last 8 days of bowling and 2 tournaments I have average 244.72. This ball is a must for all bowlers and you will not be disappointed. I wasn’t.

My Specs are:
PAP: 5 X ¾
Rev Rate: 557
Speed: 16.3
Axis Rotation: 10 Degrees
Axis Tilt: 7 Degrees

I drilled 2 Show Offs. One was drilled 4 X 4 X 2 and the other was drilled with pin above the fingers in the center and the CG kicked a little to the right. I want the more aggressive layout for more overall hook. The other drill was for the ball to go longer but still have some aggressive recovery to carry corner pins. I found the weaker layout to be strong but I had to put a light polish on the ball so the ball would not be so angular. When the lanes tend to dry up a little the weaker layout is what I chose to go with. The stronger layout is used on heavier oil patterns. I have found that the aggressive layout for me is too strong for league patterns due to rev rate. My personal opinion is that is you’re looking for overall hook go with the stronger layout. If you’re looking for the controllable hook and great backend motion I would go with the weaker layout and a light polish.

The Wreck-Em by Roto Grip is a nice smooth arcing bowling ball. My layout for this ball was Pin slightly up and just to the right of my ring finger. I wanted the ball to be controllable, smooth rolling and not over react to dry patterns. I got out of this ball when I drilled it was, I played 25 to 8. The Wreck-Em rolled smooth through the middle part of the lane and the ball reach the backend the reaction I got was a total surprise. The Wreck-Em came of the corner with such ferocious attitude it obliterated the rack. The pin carry this ball packs is awesome for medium to dry lanes with length. I was not super aggressive but she was aggressive on the backend. The smooth rolling and the aggressive backend was still easily adjustable to control the hook and the break point. When the lanes break down this is ball I will have in my bag at all times.

The Wreck-It is a great Dry to Medium Oil Lane Ball. During the beginning of a THS I stood 20 throwing out to 5. The ball amazingly smooth through the front part of the lane. When it got to the outside you think she would take off, but to the opposite. She reacted very smoothly and the hook was so controlled. The pin reaction was amazing. The best part about this ball was when the lanes broke down for everyone else I never had to move more than 2 to 3 boards all night.

The Wreck-It would be a great back up ball for those who throw the No Rules and their main ball. Amazing Ball.

The Code Black is one of the most versatile balls I have thrown in quite a while. I drilled the ball stack leverage and the results I got were amazing and not what I expected. I was expecting the ball to aggressively snappy. This was quite the opposite. I found the ball to be very forgiving. The Code Black actually had a very controllable hook all the way through the lane. The Code Black was very clean threw the middle part of the lane which I love to see and amazing hook. I played 30 to 7 and 30 to 12. When I played 30 to 7 the Code Black tracked out nicely grabbed just past the middle part of the lane and rolled smoothly into the pocket with amazing pin reaction. When I played inside 30 to 12 the Code Black read the lane with ease and realized that it was in a lot of oil and when she reached the back end I did not get a snappy hook result I got again a smooth flush and powerful reacting pin reaction. Even when I missed outside 7 and hit 2 to 4 board she did not go haywire and snap across the lane, she reacted very well and still managed to reach the pocket (Tad Light Obviously) but still carried. This ball is so versatile you will need this ball to compete at a great level I think. This ball opens so many doors on the lane it is unreal. My PAP is 4 5/8 X 11/16.

This ball is truly amazing. I drilled my Code Red 4x4x2. What my ball does is it reads the middle part lanes amazingly well. It does not overreact and act to quickly. The ball gets down lane with so much stored energy that when it comes of the corner it destroys the pins. The pin reaction is low and mixing. I just shot an 803 Set with the ball. I shot games of 227, 279 and 297 for 803. This ball is a must for all bowlers who like control and power all in one.

I had the Storm Code X drilled max aggressive for oily lane conditions. I threw the Storm Code X on a typical house shot 44'. I was quite surprised with what I got. I was expecting the Code X to be to aggressive and hard to control. I myself received an interesting outcome. I stood around board 32 and was trying to play the 8 board for my break point. When I hit my mark the Code X hit strong and had great pin carry. A few times I missed my shot to the right and hit the 4 board. The ball did in fact come back and the hit pocket. More times than not I did leave a 10 pin. A few times I missed inside around 10 or 11 and the Code X held and came out the backend with a nice punch. I do have quit a bit of room for error but I do not want to rely on that.

I drilled this ball 4 X 4 X 2 just like I did the Timeless. The Timeless for me skid way too long down lane due to my ball speed so I was hesitant to get this ball. I am sure glad I did. This ball for me rolled out smooth, had a smooth arcing motion with great backend reaction. I have realized for me that their has to be plenty of oil. This ball is a must for Oily lanes.

My PAP is ¾” X 5 ¼”. I drilled my Hy Road Nano 4 X 4 X 2. Out of the box I was standing around 30 rolling out to about 10 board or 7 board as the break point. I found that this was hooking way too much on a 42ft House Pattern. The ball out of the box was super aggressive. I went back into the Pro Shop and placed a light polish to ball. Went back to the lanes more 5 boards right with same break point and the ball reacted quite smoothly. The ball tracked out well and had great pin reaction. This is my go to ball when starting league play or tournaments.

I bought 2 Storm Intense Bowling Balls. 1 was a 5” pin and the other was 3.5” pin.
I drilled the 5” pin ball with pin centered over my fingers and the CG was placed about ½” of my center line to the right. The way this ball was drilled was incredible. I was able to get plenty of length and a lot of hook off the backend. What I did not like was that the ball came of the spot to angular and left a lot of 9 counts. I was able to play a tighter line with more success but if I missed right it was very angular.
The other Intense was drilled with pin at about the 2 O’clock position and the CG about 1/2” to 1” off of my center line. This drilling caused the ball to be smoother, great mid lane reaction and strong backend but not overly aggressive. The pin reaction was way better and read the middle part of the lane extremely well. This was an old school layout and by far my best layout for this ball.

The Match was a great ball for when lanes broke for me. The pattern was a typical house pattern 42 feet in length. After the first game my No Rules was hooking to much. I switched to the Match and played up the gutter and the ball had great back end reaction and great carry. I was surprised by the back end movement. By the 3rd game I had moved inside and began playing the 3rd and 4th arrow and the Match was even better for me inside. Great back end and excellent carry. This is a great ball when the lanes are playing tough or dried out. This is a must have.

What I was looking for:
The Match Pearl was drilled with the Pin Up. I am a cranker and I have high ball speed. I drilled this ball with the pin slightly above the ring finger for a little length not long length as the ball speed would send the ball through the break point.
What I got:
The Match Pearl was exactly what I was looking for. While others were struggling to keep their balls from hooking I simply moved in to center arrow and played the 4 to 5 board. The ball rolled very smoothly and had a nice arcing motion at the end and not super sharp. The smooth arcing motion kept the pins low and had awesome pin carry. Last three games out of 8 I went 279, 268, 222.

What I was looking for:

The Match Up Pearl was drilled with the Pin Up. I am a cranker and I have high ball speed. I wanted the ball to be smooth arcing and read the middle part of the lane well.

What I got:

The Match Up Pearl was exactly what I was looking for. The ball had a great arcing and smooth rolling motion throughout the entire pattern. The ball was not over / under reacting. The ball had great pin reaction. I found the Match Up Pearl to be about 5 to 7 boards stronger than the original Match Pearl.

What I was looking for:

The Match Up Solid was drilled with the Pin Down. I am a cranker and I have high ball speed. I wanted the ball to read early and provide me with great reaction when heavy oiled lanes begin to break down.

What I got:

The Match Up solid was very close to what I was looking for. The ball had a great early roll and smooth rolling motion throughout the entire pattern. The ball had great pin reaction. I found the Match Up Solid to be about 3 to 6 boards stronger than the original Match. To my surprise I found this ball to be great when the lanes broke down but to my amazement was that I was to get a solid reaction and great low flying pins for maximum pin carry. The price of the ball is a steal for the power and controllability you get from this ball.

This ball was Drilled 4x4x2. PAP is 3 1/2 x 1 1/2. I threw this ball on White #2 Pattern. I must say that I found this ball to be about 10 boards stronger than the No Rules. I placed a light polish on the ball and it was about even with the No Rules in shear hook. The ball rolls very smoothly and has an excellent break point. It is not overly sharp like you see in a lot of High Performance Balls. This ball was very smooth through the front part of lane with tremendous hook potential on the back-end. Over the last 3 weeks I have average 235 with this ball.

I drilled this ball with the Pin Down for the PBA World Championship Pattern. I wanted this ball to read the lanes earlier instead reacting late. Due to this layout I played Up to and sometimes inside the 3rd arrow and the ball read the lanes early and had enough power in store that when the ball began its break it ripped through the pins. I averaged 223.23 for eight games with this ball.

The ball rolled smoothly of my hand and did an excellent job reading the break point and not being super aggressive or sensitive.

Awesome Ball. Gotta Have one for all.

What I was looking for:

I was looking for the Snap Lock to be smooth rolling through the front part of the lanes. Have an aggressive but not uncontrollable hook on the back end.

What I got after the ball was drilled:

The Snap Lock was amazingly smooth through the front part of the lane. The back end motion was aggressive but very much controllable from multiple angles and multiple patterns.

The Son!Q is a great addition for any bowler.

My PAP is 11/16 X 5 1/4. My Son!Q was drilled 4X4X1. I wanted the ball to be easy through heads, have great mid lane reaction but have the power to come off the backend to create a solid entry angle for great pin reaction.

What I got was a ball that reads smoothly through the front and has a strong backend reaction. This is a controllable ball and not super overly reactive. I can play multiple lines. I have played anywhere from the first arrow to the fourth. When I had to move deeper inside the ball quite surprised me. The Son!Q came off the spot where I would normally leave weak 10 pins due to the entry angle, I was able to carry the 10 pin more solidly than what I expected.

Holy Cow. I Lay-ed this ball out with a 4x4x2 Layout. The lane condition was the White 2. I played 25 to 9. The Street Fight tracked well. When it got to its break point down lane it was not overly aggressive but quite surprising. The action of the break point was astonishing. The back-end reaction was powerful. Drilled out the box no practice and on League shot 271, 256 and 248. I highly recommend this ball. This is probably one ball every bowler should have because it has scored well on multiple patterns.

The Storm Sure Lock is an amazing ball. I drilled this ball max aggressive for Heavily Oiled Lanes. My PAP is 4 5/8 X 11/16. I threw the Storm Sure Lock on the White # 2 Pattern during a Doubles Tournament. I scored 226, 226 and 290 for a 742 set out of the Box no Practice. I played 30 to 5 and 30 to 12. The 30 to 5 line caused the ball to roll smoothly to outside part of lane and when she reached the back end the hook was tremendous and powerful. The low pin reaction was amazing. The 30 to 12 line caused the ball to roll smoothly and what amazed me was I was not intentionally trying to play this line it happened by accident but the ball read the lane so smoothly that when she reached the back end she was not so aggressive that she went Brooklyn she was quite the opposite. She actually stayed there and crushed the pocket as if I had the outside angle. The finish was the factory out of the box finish. I must say I think this has become my favorite ball of all time as of right now. If I compared this ball to the Alpha Crux I would say this layout was about 5 boards stronger than the Alpha Crux with more back end and more pin reaction. This is a must have ball. I will be ordering another one with the pin down for earlier roll on Patterns that are longer than 44’.

The Timeless bowling ball is an amazing bowling ball. My PAP is 11/16 x 4 5/8. I drilled my Timeless 4x4x2. I wanted an all-around aggressive layout so that I can play multiple angles and multiple patterns. Well I must say I got what I was looking for and then some. I play 30 to 7 and sometimes I can play 35 to 7. I have missed inside around the 12 board and the read this ball gave me was incredible. When the Timeless came off the corner at around 5 to 7 she did not have an uncontrollable hook but an aggressive, strong and predictable hook. When I missed inside the ball actually had the mind to sit and wait and the reaction was amazing. She sat till the backend but did not overly snap but read the lane well and hit the pocket as if she came off the corner. The Timeless keeps the pins low and has amazing pin reaction no matter what angle you play from. This ball is a must for tournament play and leagues.

I drilled this ball with the pin below my ring finger for Heavy Oil, Long Pattern PBA Shots. My PAP is 4 5/8 X 11/16. The line I played was 30 to 12. The ball reaction I received from the Torrent was quite surprising. I was expecting the ball to be slightly weak while playing this line due to the lines being freshly oiled. The reaction I got was quite the opposite. When the ball reached 44 feet it rolled up inside the pocket quite smoothly and aggressively. It kept the pins low for great pin reaction. I average 217 for 8 games with this ball. This will make a nice ball to have for long, heavy oiled lanes.
