I love this tape. I injured my thumb at work and was still able to bowl that night thanks to this tape. Even after my thumb had healed I found that it kept my thumb from sticking in the ball and gave me a more consistant release. I would highly recommend this tape to anyone that is having problems with the thumb sticking. It will also work on the fingers if you find that your fingers are a little loose but you don't want to change out inserts.
