I like having a heaviy oil ball. It is easier to control with the heavy oil, but when it start to jump on me I know to switch to something else.

My Cell is laid out with a 4”x 4” mass bias layout. I have the most success with the Cell on longer and heavier patterns. The ball starts rolling early and is very controllable down lane on harder conditions. Bowling on a normal house shot the ball starts up too early for me and makes it hard to control.

When the lanes are tighter, this is the ball I choose. I would recommend this ball to anyone that needs more hook on heavier conditions.

I am very happy with all my RotoGrip equipment this year and can’t wait to see what they come out with next.

I won my first College Tournament with is ball. I really like this ball because it plays up second arrow which is where I like to play most of the time. I know when it is time to switch to another ball when it jumps to much.

My Cell Pearl is laid out with 5” x 3” mass bias layout. I first used my Cell Pearl on a 39 foot house shot at our home center. This ball is perfect for medium oil lanes. Nice for any house shot. It gives me a strong reaction from all parts of the lane. I feel like I have a very big margin for error with this ball.

On heavier oil, it seems to go a bit too long and not finish as well. On most other conditions, it gives me the best look of anything in my bag. I highly recommend this ball for all kinds of medium conditions.

I like having a ball that holds in the middle when there is not oil left on the lane.

My Grand Illusion is laid out with a 3 ¾” x 3 ¾” stacked layout, with a weight hole 2 ¼” below my axis on the VAL. The first time I used the Grand illusion was on a broken down house pattern at our home center. It reads the lane sooner than my Cell Pearl but overall hooks less. This ball gives me a smoother, more controlled reaction compared to my Cell balls.

My Grand Illusion is a few boards weaker overall than my Cell Pearl. The backend reaction is much smoother and not as flippy. I would recommend this ball for when the lanes are drier and you need to control your hook downlane.

This ball is really nice and easy to work with because there is a lot of hold in the middle, which is nice when the lanes are dry and there is not a lot of oil on the lanes.
