The 900 Global Xponent is my new benchmark ball in my bag. I am extremely happy that this ball came out. I had the C4 and wished it had just a little more length and a little more backend and that is what the Xponent just gave me. Not did this ball also give me the length and backend that I wanted but I am also able to have a very controllable and predictable ball in my hand. I have not seen so much miss room out of a ball until I threw the Xponent. The hitting power out of this ball is ridiculous. I am so happy that 900 Global has rejuvenated the C4 and made Xponent everything that I have been looking for.

There has been some really good equipment that is being released right now from Storm, Roto Grip and 900 Global and it all starts with this Zen Gold Label. Let’s talk about the Zen Gold Label. All I can say is FANTASTIC. The Zen Gold Label is going to be able to replace most of my dryer condition equipment. Instead of having two balls to transition too I will just need the Gold Label. It will be very versatile for you and will be able to play straight or get deep with this and carry out the corners. So smooth and controllable off the break point with plenty of hitting power. The back end on the Gold Label is what I was looking for Zen from the and just couldn’t get this reaction out of the Zen. Put the Gold Label on the pallet list because this ball is special.

The Roto Grip Duo is what I like to call a “Pallet Ball.” What I mean by this is that I would love to buy a pallet of them and keep drilling this ball up. The Duo is so clean and controllable from the front part of the lane to the backend. Speaking of the backend, it is so predictable with incredible finishing power. The amount of mistake area that I can create with this ball is ridiculous. This ball is going to be a benchmark ball for me and will be the first ball out of back on any pattern I throw with. The Duo has been able to replace quite a few balls in my arsenal because of the versatility I have in throwing this. It would be in your best interest to get a Duo and put one in your bag, not only will you bowl well with it but 5% is going to go to charity. One of the best balls I have ever thrown and that is saying quite a bit.

This ball is a monster to be honest. This is one of the strongest pearl balls that I have thrown. The first few times I threw it I liked it but wasn't in love with it until I figured out that I had to get deeper than I was. I was trying to play to straight in the beginning until I figured out that the Exotic Gem definitely likes oil. As soon as I moved deep enough, I was able to open the lane up quite a bit and was able to create some area. The Exotic will allow you to start deeper from the beginning and allow you to stay away from mid set traffic on the track area. This will fit nicely in my bag for when we have a few more lefties on the pair or in a tournament so I can start and stay deep and not have to move or make so many ball changes. The Exotic Gem is a weapon that will be firmly planted in my arsenal, and it hits like a tank. Very powerful ball and looking forward to throwing the Exotic more.

Sneaky good and very predictable. I haven’t had a chance to throw the Tour Dynam-X very much before I had surgery. The Dynam-X was definitely stronger than I expected. I had heard different reviews on what this ball was supposed to be. I heard it was supposed to be strong and I also heard that it was supposed to be weak and roll more like urethane. Both of those reviews are correct. What I mean by this is the Dynam-X is a strong ball but has a roll like urethane. The reason I say it rolls like urethane is because of how early it picks up on the front part of the lane and starts reading the pattern and then gets down lane and breaks and has the nice strong controllable finish through the pins like urethane.

No, I am not saying that this is taking the place of your urethane equipment because it’s not. What I am saying is the roll reminds me of a very, never seen before strong urethane ball. The Dynam-X hooks like a solid and is very controllable and hits like a tank. I truly believe that the Tour Dynam-X is going to be useful on all different types of patterns, be very versatile and shoul make your line up, I know it’s making mine.

The Storm Lightning Blackout, to me, is like the younger sibling of the Virtual Energy Blackout (VEBO). While my Lightning Blackout has a similar roll to the VEBO, it allows me to play a straighter line and achieve better angles as the lanes begin to dry out. One of the standout features of this ball is its impressive length and predictability. The key difference I’ve noticed compared to the VEBO is that it hooks a bit earlier, which is an advantage when the VEBO tends to get too long, occasionally missing the head pin and leaving corner pins. The Lightning Blackout has become my favorite ball in my arsenal, as it performs consistently over multiple games during tournaments and comfortably lasts through all three games in league play. I plan to purchase a couple more Lightning Blackouts to keep on standby.

The Revenant is a very versatile ball. You can use the Revenant early if you want to play to the outside part of the lane. You can use it also in transition because it will not overreact in the oil if you get it in and will make it back if you leak it to the outside a little quick. The most impressive thing about the Revenant is the drive through the pocket and off the back of the lane. The smooth continuous motion is fantastic and great for pin carry. This ball is very close to the Spectre. The Revenant is a little earlier and a tad bit stronger but close enough to replace that hole in your bag where the Spectre was at. I really like the Revenant and will be going with me wherever I bowl. Hope you already have yours or get yours soon. Check out my Video Below.
