The Anaconda has really suprised me. This is a slower response time ball but don't let that full you. It still goes through the pins very well. Mine is drilled 60x5x80 with a P2 hole. I wanted this ball to be smooth to blend out the wet dry I see at my local centers. This is exactly what I got. I get a real nice midlane read and a great continuous move off the spot. This ball will remind you of the Absolute Inferno of yesteryear but with a little more pop and a little stronger. If you love the Diamondback and need a a ball that a littler cleaner... look no farther.

Aura is the newest release in the Pro Performance line. This ball provides a motion in the Pro performance line than Brunswick has ever had. Brunswick designed a new core and cover for the beast to provide a completely different motion. The Aura is designed to lessen the loss of axis rotation to increase entry angle to increase overall pin carry which results in higher scores.
I drilled 2 of these so far.
First one is drilled 50x5.5x70 no hole. First time I threw this ball it completely blew me away. It faked me out. Typically with a strong solid pin down ball I can not open up the lane. I lost half a game just bumping left little by little. Finally I just jumped left and tried that. I ended up 5 left of where I threw a 70x5x40 Nexxxus the week before. I was deeper and could throw it further right. I could throw this as far right as I wanted and the ball kept coming back and NEVER quit. Something I have never seen before out of a high end solid ball!!
Ball two is drilled 40x4.75x70 with a hole 1.5 inches down on my VAL. I wanted to test this one. I wanted to see how clean this ball really is. I typically use this type of layout on heavier patterns to shut my angle down on the fresh and go more direct. This layout allows me to go straighter to start and still able to move left and open up my angles without flat ten every shot.
I am drilling another one of these this week 55x5.5x45 to see what this ball can really do down lane. It has amazed me so far. I will post a review of this one after I get to throw it some. The Aura is truly something different than Brunswick has ever had available. Don't be the only one without this ball in your bag, because your competitor will beat you with it!! Available November 14th!!

I have had my balls for a few weeks now and have thrown them on various patterns. I feel I can now give the best review possible.

One is drilled 50x5.5x70 with a low hole and the other is drilled 70x5x40.
The new Mystic Aura comes with the same core and a Hybrid cover. It fits right in between the original Aura and the Paranormal Aura.

The Mystic is cleaner and more angular than the previous Auras. I have the most success with this ball when there is some friction to throw it at. It is usable when there is more volume but you must shut your angles down. The Paranormal would be a better option here.
With my drillings, I can actually start with my pin down ball and then finish with my pin up ball. I can see a major difference with the pin down vs the pin up. The pin up is much more angular and is really good at opening up the lane. The pin down can open up the lane some but not as much.

When you are looking for that strong ball that can clear the fronts and open up the lane, look no further than the Mystic Aura.

The Paranormal Aura is the newest addition the the Pro Performance line. The PA is a solid and is very strong. It is the strongest ball to date.
I have to admit, i was a little skeptical of this realease. I have never had a ball that was really strong that was clean and had great continuation through the pins. Well, this is a first.

My first one is drilled 65x5x80 with a hole 2.5" down on the VAL. I can use this ball in multiple ways. I can go straighter and I can hook it. I can chase the oil left as far as I want or until I run out of lane. This ball just continues to keep coming. I can get farther left and throw it farther right than any ball I have ever thrown. When compared to a 45x4.75x70 Aura, it is about 5 boards more hook, just as clean and about 1ft sooner.

My second one is drilled 45x4.5x45 no hole. I wanted this one for the longer and heavier patterns. This ball will be great for this. I will be able to use this on the fresh and then as it breaksdown I can chase the oil left. I really can't compare this to any other ball. This is the first time I drilled a ball like this that was this strong of a ball. What I can tell you that it is surprisingly clean through the fronts.

I am amazed at how much this ball hooks with continuation through the pins. If you need a new heavy oil ball or your house shot is tighter this is the ball for you.

The Meanstreak Brawler is the newest addition to the High Performance line. This ball utilizes the Adaptive Chemistry coverstock. The MB uses a a Hybrid version of the cover found in the original Nexus. The cover is f P+F. I am slightly rev dominant and found the original to be a little smooth when playing deep. The MB is not the same way.

My first one is drilled 60x5x80 with a hole 2" down on the VAL. This layout allows me to play straighter during the fresh. I can still chase the oil line left without loosing hit. I can only go so far though before I have to change balls. I could avoid changing balls by simply getting around the ball more but the Ringer is usually a better option. When compared to a Meanstreak drilled 30x4.5x70 with hole on PAP, the Brawler is still smoother and about 2ft earlier with about 2 boards more hook.

My second one is drilled 30x6x40 with a hole on my PAP. As with my pin down I can start with this ball and chase the oil left. The difference is that with the pin up, I can use this one longer. I can usually finish a block with this unless I run out of lane. Compared to a Meanstreak drilled 55x5x35 hole on PAP, they are very similar with hook potential. The Brawler is earlier and smoother. Not much though.

The Meanstreak Brawler is another great benchmark type ball. If you loved the Versa Max like everyone else does, the Brawler will be cleaner a little sooner but more continuation.

The Brute is a ball I was waiting for from Brunswick. A higher RG and lower diff. The Brute uses a Hydrid cover that provides effortless length and a beautiful motion off the friction. This ball does need friction to be best used. I am slightly rev dominant so this ball is great for me.

Drilling #1 is 30x5x70 with 1500 grit surface. This was used for on purpose. Shorter patterns. This will allow me to stay right longer and not have to worry about the ball being too much off the spot.

Drilling #2 is 50x4.5x35 with a double thumb hole. This ball was drilled to be used on an every day use on a lot of patterns. I use this ball quote often on house shots. Really provide effortless length with a nice pop off the spot.

This is a must have ball for any tournament arsenal!!

The all new Brute Strength is a great addition to the Brunswick line up.

Inside you will find the same core as used in the original Brute. The cover is different however. The Brute Strength uses the Savvy Hybrid cover.

This core cover combo adds a lot more strength to this ball when compared to the Brute.

Mine is drilled 50x4.5x30 no hole. This gives me plenty of length with a smooth predictable shape downlane. This balls screams benchmark. One of the differences is though that my typical benchmark worked for a game or so. The Brute Strength allows me to follow the transition longer. Best part of this ball is, as soon as I see it running out of energy I can immediately change to a Melee Jab and never miss a move.

The Brute Strength is about 7 to 9 boards stronger than the original Brute and about 3 boards more than a Melee Jab. Also is 3 -4 boards less than a Mastermind Einstein.

I have now used this ball on a house shot, Atlanta and Chameleon. As you can see all these patterns are different lengths and I have used it with success on all 3.

The all new C System Maxxed Out is the big brother to great Versa Max. This ball has been added to compliment the Versa Max when there is more oil and you need more hook. The Maxxed Out is at least 4 and 2 stronger than the Versa Max.
I drilled 2 of these. First one is drilled 65x5 3/4x40. I wanted this ball to use more on house shots in league. I haven't bowled on many house shots since drilling this ball but have still thrown it some. This layout will allow the ball to clear the fronts easily and have a sharper motion down lane. This ball does not flip but does have a strong motion down lane.
The second one is drilled RICO. I have used this layout on alot of balls in the past but haven't used it recently. So I thought I would use it on this and see what is gave me. This layout still clears the fronts without effort and comes around the corner nicely. I have used this going pretty straight and hooking most of the lane. A simple tweak in my release would allow me to hook it even more but there are better options as the lanes breakdown.
The new Maxxed Out is very similar to Versa just stronger. Gives you the same ease through the fronts and a very predictable move down lane. If you like the Versa and need a some more hook drill a Maxxed Out. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I drilled my first one 50 x 4.5x 75 with a P3 hole. I drilled very similar to a Wicked to see where they differed. The Ulti is longer and stronger. About 3-4 boards more.

What really impressed me with this ball was how deep I could get before I would flat ten, with the Wicked drilled this way I couldn't get deeper than 4th arrow. With the Ulti I could almost get to 6th arrow and the ball would go through the pins and get the ten out without any problems. This ball with the out of box surface has seen a few different patterns so far. I even threw it on Shark which I thought would not work.
I drilled my 2nd Ulti-Max with a 105x4.5x40 layout. This puts the mass bias to the left of the thumb. This layout helps the ball loose speed quicker to smooth out the back end without sacrificing that clean though the fronts.
This ball has been very useful and helpful everytime I have thrown it so far. With this layout it gets clean through the fronts and not too angular off the spot. I used this last weekend at a regional on Cheetah and the layout worked great. The ball would get to the spot and turn over and roll through the pins.
if you are looking for that ball to get you through the fronts and not let you down to turn the corner. Look no further than the C System Ulti-Max!!

The C System Versa Max is the newest installment in the C System line. The intent was to create a benchmark reaction. The C System line is taking over the Revolver line. The Versa's cover is using the best of previous C System balls. The ball is a solid shiny black. Looks absolutely great going down the lane.

I have 2 of these drilled. 35x5x75 with a hole on the PAP. This was drilled for medium type patterns. This one allows me to keep my anlges tighter and then to chase the oil in. This layout does have a point to where I need to put it away. I always know what this ball is going to do.

2nd one is drilled 65x4.5x35. This one allows me to open up my angles when there is a defined hook spot. Even with this layout it doesn't really flip on the back part of the lane. This is still very predictable on the back part of the lane. I can use this ball on the fresh and go straighter as well.

The Versa Max, is very versitale and very predictable. Which makes a great benchamrk ball. This ball really goes through the pins different than I have ever seen from a Brunswick ball. In the last 9 years the main ball I have thrown has been Brunswick, and the Versa is making its way to the top of my favorite list.

This is one of the best balls on the market. Drilled one of mine 55*5 1/2x40. This one get down the laneand corners real well. Then I have one drilled 50x5 1/2x 70 for more midlane. I notice the most about this ball is the way it goes through the pins. It is simply amazing. How many people can say they haven't left a flat 10 with any of their balls. Guess what I can and I love it. Brunswick is producing winners.

I drilled two of these. When I drilled them I wanted to have one a little smoother and one with more angle. Here's the outcome:

Ball 1
Drilled Rico to smooth it out. Well I got exactly that. I am enjoying this ball quite a bit so far. With this layout it allows me to throw it on THS and also sport shots. The ball has alot of midlane traction with a strong arc off the spot. This will be very usable on longer patterns when I need to keep angles tight. I am really enjoying the way this ball goes through the pins.

Ball 2
Drilled this one 70x5x40. I wanted to one to be more angular but not go sideways. I know that may sound odd from a Brunswick ball but even with this drilling this ball is quite angular. I wanted this one for the burn on the longer and heavier patterns and that is what I achieved. This one goes through the pins just as well.

In conclusion this ball hooks about 4-6 boards more than the 2.5 with more midlane and more motion down lane. I am simply amazed with this ball. If you are looking for a ball to get good midlane and good downlane motion look no further than the C System 3.5.

I have been waiting on this ball since I knew about it. This ball is absolutely amazing. I drilled mine 50x5x30. This gets the ball to clear the fronts with no effort and gets to the spot and turns left. The 4.5 is something different than Brunswick has out now. This will give you the ability to start with this ball and finish with it without having to move alot. The reaction downlane is great and goes through the pins excellent. This ball is a great addition to anyone's arsenal. If you need that ball that clears the front with no effort and corners off the spot.... well look no further than this. The C-System v4.5

The new Damage from brunswick is just the ball I was waiting for.

Ball #1 Drilled 45x4.5x45 with xhole on PAP
I wanted this ball to get the good length and a decent pop and that is what I achieved. Even with this fairly aggressive drilling for me the ball clears the fronts effortlessly. Reads the midlane well and comes off the spot rather aggressive. I wouldn't call it a flip but a very strong arc.

Ball #2 drilled 45x4x70 with xhole drilled on a line from center of grip through CG on my VAL.
This is the same layout as my favorite Python. Both balls clear the fronts and are smooth off the spot. The difference comes with the overall hook. I have seen about a 3 and 2 less hook out of the Damage. My intentions with this ball is for the fresh on shorter patterns. This way the ball wil clear the fronts and I can still control the back part of the lane.

The Damage is a great addition to the Brunswick line. The ball does need friction for proper reaction. Those that are speed dominant will need to add surface for this ball. Those that are rev dominant will love this ball.

Okay, what we have here is another great ball. The Rocket core joined by the Activator cover creates some of the trademark Brunswick ball motion. Strong in the mids and very predictable. The ball gets through the fronts well and reads the midalne well and rolls strongly into the pins. I drilled mine with a 65x5x40. I rolled 300 with it the first week out. I love this ball motion it provides. The cover takes surface changes well. I have found the best to be 4000. Another winner by Brunswick!!!!

I have drilled one these so far. I drilled it 50x5x60 with a P2 hole. I wanted this one to be smoother on the back part of the lane. I was successful. This ball will allow me to be cleaner through the front compared to my Siege with a 65x5x40 drilling. This ball hits very hard. I was loving the pins flying every where my first time throwing it.
I am drilling another one 65x5x25 so it peels off the spot. I will post a review on that one after I throw it a little.
Drill this ball when you need and aggressive ball without that massive hook. Don't get me wrong this ball hooks plenty but will be very useable on any kind of pattern. I's time to get EVIL....Evil Siege is the ball!!!

After drilling my second one of these, I have thrown it enough to post a review on it. I drilled this one exactly like one of my Siege. I drilled it 65x5x25. I wanted this one for when patterns open up and this is what I got done. It is about 4 and 2 weaker with more angularity then the Siege. Compared to the C System 3.5 drilled 70x5x40 it is longer and about the same down lane motion but overall hook is about 5 and 3 less. Compared to a C System 2.5 drilled 55x5 1/2x40, it is longer and a little more angle but less overall hook but not much.
Overall this will be a great tourney piece as well as THS ball.

The Fortera Intrigue continues with the new motion started with the Exile. The Intrigue is a Hybrid cover with the sane core found in the Exile.
For me, I see this ball fitting nicely above my Brute.

Drilling #1 is 45x4x35 with a double thumb hole. The surface has a touch of shine to it. This one is used later games or on lower volumes of oil. This layout/surface combo really allows me to open up my angles, throw it to the friction and have no worries of it getting back.

Drilling #2 is 40x4x50 with a hole on my axis and surfaced at 2000. Even with this surface the ball is super clean through the fronts. I use this one when going straighter and keeping my angles closed. I don't have to worry about my ball starting up to early with this one.

Carry with these balls have been very good so far. The ball with Drilling 2, I had a 28 in a row a few weeks ago with. This new line from Brunswick is a great addition to their already outstanding lines. Just adds a little something different shape wise

The new Karma is really good. The coloring of Pink/Purple is extremely eye appealing. The new Karma shares the same core as the other Karmas. The difference is it uses the Activator Plus cover.

I have drilled the Karma with a 45x6x40 layout with a P2 hole. This ball is great for when the pattern is fried. Will also be really good on lower and shorter patterns. When compared to the blue/green Karma Pearl; it is about 3-4 boards more hook. For me the overall hook is the same as the Karma Solid, but does it all in the back part of the lane.

I have been getting alot of people commenting on the color of this ball. Both male and female love the color of this ball. So it looks great and rolls great too.

This one is drilled 70 x 4.5 x 40. The Intent with this layout was to get the ball through the fronts and be smooth off the spot.

I was very excited for this ball. I love the Wicked and love the loaded. With the Propel X Solid cover I knew the Lethal would get through the fronts and be smoother and stronger than the Loaded. What I got was exactly what I was looking for. The cover gets the ball through the fronts and the core keeps the ball from going through the hook spot. I will be able to use ball both on shorter patterns to control the back part of the lane and on the longer/heavier patterns as well.

This one is drilled 45x5.5x30 with a hole up on the VAL. This is my favorite of the new releases.

The Lethal gives a predictable motion with the strength of a solid cover. This ball is little stronger than the Loaded but with a smoother ball motion. I have used this ball on all knid of lengths and volumes with success. I can start with this ball and move as the pattern breaks down. If I have to get to deep for this ball I can simply change to a Loaded and stay in the same zone. If you like the Loaded or even the Wicked Siege and you are looking for a little more ball, then get the Lethal Revolver. you will not be dissapointed

I drilled my first Massive with my favorite layout... 70x5x40 no hole. With this ball being similar to the Anaconda I wanted to see more length than I got out of the Anacondas.

This ball for me has been cleaner through the fronts and more angular than the Anaconda. So far I am very impressed by this ball. Of the new releases this was the one I wasn't sure of for me. After using this ball it will be used alot. I get a good clean read through the fronts with a reaction that is dependable. I know what the ball is going to do and where it will. The Massive will serve as my benchmark ball to see what the pattern is doing.

I drilled my 2nd Massive with a 30x6x70 with a P3 hole. I drilled this one to be smoother on the back. I wanted this for another benchmark option when bowling on higher friction surfaces.

The long pin on this ball allows the ball to be clean through the fronts but not come off the pattern to hard. When bowling on higher friction surfaces I can use this ball to see where and what I should be throwing. The Massive is suprisingly stronger than I thought it would be. It goes through the pins well

I am a little late on my reviews. I really wanted to give a real solid review on these.

The Mastermind is the newest release in the Pro Performance. The Mastermind brings a new core and cover with a great shelf appeal. Colored in Orange, blue and black.

A little about me, I am slightly rev dominant, 12 degrees of tilt and 35 degrees of axis rotation. PAP is 4 over and 3/4 up.

My first ball was drilled 50x4.5x45. I really wanted to see how clean this ball really was. It really surprised me. I was expecting it to not be that clean, but was very clean but still slowed down to early. I put polish over top of the box finish. This got the ball farther down lane and provided a pretty good pop off the spot. When compared to a similar drill Paranormal Aura, the Mastermind is at least an arrow more hook.

The second drilled is 50x6x70. This ball has been left at box surface. Even with the 1500 grit surface, the ball sails through the front and makes a nice move downlane. I am able to chase the oil as deep as I have wanted to go so far without sacrificing great pin carry. I use this ball a lot at the one center in league. This center is a little tighter than most and this ball is great on that.

The Mastermind does need oil to perform at its best. Brunswick has knocked this one out of the park. It is by far the strongest ball they have but is stronger in all the right places. If you are looking for the a ball that hooks but still gets you down lane, this is the perfect ball for you!!

The Mastermind Einstein is the newest addition to this line. In my opinion is the best of the 5 overall. The Einstein uses a new cover formulation really changes the shape of this ball.

Mine is drilled 50x4.5x75 with a hole 2.5 inches below my PAP on the VAL. This new cover is very clean and creates a very decent motion down lane. The 2nd most angular in the Mastermind line.

For me this will be the most usable Mastermind of the line. The original was very strong, Genius was cleaner but not quite angular enough to open up my angles. The Intellect was close to the original but was smoother overall. The Scholar is really good. The Scholar and Einstein go great together.

If you liked the Mastermind Line or are looking for a new strong ball that will provide you a great shape off the pattern the Einstein is the best way to go.

The Meanstreak is the new release in the High Performance ball in the Brunswick line up. The Meanstreak takes the Versa Max and makes it even better. They have designed a new core and created a new cover. This new combo makes this ball blow through the fronts cleaner than any Brunswick ball to date.
I have drilled 2 of these,
First one is drilled 55x5x40 with a hole 1.5 inches down on my VAL. With this ball being so clean and very angular off the spot I wanted to drill it to utilize it that way. This ball is super clean and comes off the spot very nice. It has more back end than a Versa drilled 85x6x25 with more continuation.
This ball is so clean I really wanted to test it. I drilled the 2nd one 30x4.5x70 with a hole on my PAP. This ball really shocked me. The ball is still really clean and really angular down lane. I have a Versa drilled 30x5x70 with a hole on my PAP. The difference is unreal. Much cleaner and more angular compared to the Versa.
The Meanstreak is just as good as the Versa Max is. Where is separates itself from the Versa is the legnth of usability. The ball will start off a few boards weaker than the Versa but will last longer and will eventually be a few boards more when the pattern burns up. This is a great addition to an already amazing line. Be sure to get yours when they are released on November 14th!!

I have had my balls a few weeks now and have thrown them on various patterns.

Mine are drilled 50x5x70 with a low hole and 70x5x40.

The Meanstreak Beatdown is the newest release in the Meanstreak line. It utilizes a solid version of the f(P+S). The Nexxxus had a pearl version of this cover.

The MB gives adequate length through the fronts and medium response off the friction. This ball will be my benchmark ball. The pin down gets me through the fronts and gives me a nice move downlane without over reacting. I have used this ball on shorter patterns and longer patterns. It also fits in between those as well.

The pin up ball gives me a little more "pop" off the spot. It by no means flips, but it makes a very nice move. This ball will probably get some shine added to quicken the response to friction some.

In overall strength I can compare this to the Paranormal Aura. It is not quite as strong but is close. The Mystic Aura and the MB can be used hand in hand. It is about an arrow more than the Brawler. The Brawler also has a slightly higher response to friction.

Brunswick continues to provide bowlers with multiple shapes and hook potential in every line.

A little about me, I am slightly rev dominant, 12 degrees of tilt and 35 degrees of axis rotation. PAP is 4 over and 3/4 up.

The Melee is to replace the Versa Max. The VM was very special for me. I absolutely loved this ball. I was super excited to drill these and see what happened.

First one is drilled RICO. I use this ball a lot on the fresh when there is some hook. It really controls the back part of the lane for me. The shape of this ball is unmatched in my eyes. It is really special. I will also use it after my Mastermind if I feel that opening up my angles will not strike a lot.

Second one is drilled 70x4.5x40. I use this ball once the lanes begin to break down or I need the ball to really get down the lane without going sideways. This will provides me with that length and a smooth motion controllable motion off the spot.

The Melee when compared to the Versa Max is very similar. The shape is almost identical but is a little longer, a little more angular and a little stronger. I will be drilling more of these to replace Versa's that I really like. In the past with the Versa Max, I could only go so far left before the ball wouldn't go through the pins properly. With the Melee, I have not have this happen. Since it is a little more angular, it does save more energy for downlane, thus creating more entry angle down lane.

If you liked/loved the Versa Max, you must get a Melee. If you missed out on the Versa Max, don't miss out on the Melee this time.

The new Melee Jab is a great addition to the Melee balls. This Melee fits right in between the Cross and the original Melee. I have loved all three of these balls. They have provided me with a great benchmark reaction. The Jab is a pearl but doesn't exactly react like a pearl. It is very clean in the front, with the midlane predictability of a solid.

Drilling #1 is 65x4x35. I drilled this one with one intention, friction. This one is super long and very angular. I wanted this one to flip so I went with this layout. This ball is used on high friction surfaces or deep in a longer format when I need the ball to completely ignore the fronts.

Drilling #2 is 45x3.5x70 with a hole 2" down on my VAL. The intent with this was to use the strength of the ball. This is a strong pearl and I wanted to utilize this one that way. I am going to add some surface to this ball because when it encounters a too much is will go a tad long. I just need it to slow down a tad sooner. The strength of the ball and drilling forces me deeper but most times the angle is a too steep and I ring a lot of ten pins. This will be fixed with the surface adjustment.

The Nexxus f(P+R) is the third release in this line. The deisgn for this ball was to be a little more angular off the spot when compared to the Nexus f(p+f). Also to be stronger overall as well.

I drilled mine with the intent to smooth it out. The original Nexus privided me with enough back end. I used 40x5x40 with a hole in my PAP. This layout really lets me keep my angles smaller. Even with this layout the ball corners plenty. When comparing to the Nexus the double "x" is about 4-5 boards stronger. The ball taked surface adjustments very well.

This ball will be best used on heavier and longer patterns. Use this when you just need something to hook. This ball will get it done for you.

The Triple X Nexxxus is the newest addition to the Nexus line. Each addition to this line introduces improved length and backend motion. This release pushes the envelope even further. The cover is pearl and finished at with a Rough Buff finish.

I drilled 2 of these. First one is drilled with my favorite layout 70x5x40 no hole. This layout helps promote the length with a pretty angular backend. This can be used on house shots and broken down sport patterns after the lanes have developed a hook spot. When compared to the Nexus F(P) Pearl the Nexxxus is easily 5 and 2 stronger.

The second one is drilled 65x5x80 no hole. This layout will get the ball to react to the friction a little slower. This means the ball will be smoother when getting to the back end. I will use this on all types of patterns when they are fresh and a little tighter down lane. I can also continue to use this ball as the lanes break down and I start to move in. With a little more axis rotation the ball feeds right and responds quicker to the friction.

This ball is every bit as strong as the Nexxus F(P+R) just responds quicker to the friction. What amazes me about this ball is the ability to start a block with this ball and finish the block with this ball.

If your looking for a Pearl cover that has a ton of hook this will be the ball for you. Just put your favorite layout on this and strike away.

My Revolver is drilled 65x5x30. This allows the ball to save some energy for down lane with my rev rate.
I am seeing this ball being a great ball when you need that pearl to through the fronts but need the tractions in the midlane of a solid cover. This ball will cover that. The Revolver is clean through the front and makes a strong continuous motion downlane.

The Ringer is the newest release into the Affordable Performace line. Well let me tell you what. This ball is alot of bang for the buck. Very clean and a lot of motion down lane. This ball is best used when the lanes breakdown and you need a ball to get through the fronts. A few weeks ago in a tournament after a lot of bowling the lanes were on fire. Usually I am forced to start lofting over the gutter. When I went to this ball I did not have to. It blew through the front and gave me plenty of backend flip with great continuation through the pins.

I have one drilled 70x5x40 which is one of my favorite layouts. This provides me the the cleanest most angular motion I have ever seen from a Brunswick ball. When compared to a similar drilled Karma Pearl the Ringer is a about a foot longer and more motion down lane.

My second one is drilled 65x2.75x40. I drilled this ball for the shorter patterns and haven't been able to use it yet. I threw it a few shots just to see what it did. Is still as clean but smoother. I will probably add a little surface to this just to get it a little smoother yet.

When looking for a ball that is super clean and plenty of backend motion look no further. This will be great for the tournament bowler for the late games of a block and for drier house shots.

A little about me, I am slightly rev dominant, 12 degrees of tilt and 35 degrees of axis rotation. PAP is 4 over and 3/4 up.

Platinum is better!! The new Ringer is longer and more angular than the burgundy Ringer.

The burgundy Ringer is one of my favorite balls. It is the most underrated ball on the market. The Platinum takes the burgundy a step further. It is cleaner, more angular and a little weaker. It will fit nicely below the Melee and above the Strike King.

First one is drilled 50x4.5x70. This ball is very clean and pretty stable down lane. I will use this when the pattern breaks down and I move really far in but don't want to keep my angles tight. I could also add some surface to this and use on shorter patterns as well.

Second is drilled 70x4.5x40. I did this one to really open my angles up when they are really hooking. I have not used this much yet, but when I did, it was very clean and really flippy down lane. I was amazed at how hard this one cornered. I really noticed a difference between pin up and pin down with this ball.

If are in need of that ball for your toasty house shot, or the burn in that tournament arsenal, pick up The Ringer Platinum!! Remember, PLATINUM IS BETTER!!

Rhino Pro Gold... what else is there to say. How can I not be happy just to see this name back. I had the original when I was a teenager. Loved it. So I was happy to hear the name coming back.

The RPG does have a symmetrical core wrapped in the Fortify pearl cover. This combo provides an easy glide through the fronts. Break point isn't too angular. It provides a nice predictable motion off the spot.

I have two of these drilled now.
First is drilled 55x5.5x35 to match a LT48 to compare. The LT that is drilled this way has been a great ball in my bag since the day it was drilled so I figured I couldn't go wrong. This one provides me that ease through the fronts and adds a touch more angle off the spot. Unfortunately I have only really used this on THS but here is what I have found. This layout provides me the ability to start with the ball and chase for the entire league series most of the time. For me I could have a little more angle later to continue use but I have other balls that fit that bill. I had the same thing with the LT48. But as with the LT I can move right and shut angles down or I can open up the lane to a certain extent. Again this was by choice. I have found this ball to be about 2 and 1 more than the LT. Biggest difference being the shape.

2nd drill is the pin in the palm. This layout matches up with me very well. For me it allows me to really read the lane, especially on benchmark type balls. This provides me smooth when I want it and angle when I want it. I have shut down my angles all the way to playing left of the 4th arrow with this ball without any worries.

If you are looking for a new benchmark ball that will be able to be used more than one game. This is your ball. And if you don't, well who doesn't want a Rhino Pro Gold.

The Wicked Siege brings what I was looking for in the Pro line. After having some success with the Siege and loving the Evil Siege... I couldn't wait for this release.

Ball #1 is drilled 45 x 4.5 x 75 with the xhole 2.5" below my PAP on the VAL.
My intentions for this ball was for the fresh patterns we see at regionals. I was in need of a more aggressive ball that cleared the fronts well and didn't want to jerk off the spot. This one has been getting alot of use at my one league center and just rolls great.

Ball#2 is drilled 70 x 4.75 x 40 no xhole.
I wanted this ball to compliment my 3.5 drilled 70 x 5 x 40. When the 3.5 is a little early I can change to this ball and get the added length needed and it still corners great. This is a layout I can use in the later parts of the blocks to get that ball to the hook spot and not have to worry about it getting back. I will use this ball alot on the longer patterns once they start to burn up.

The Wicked Siege brings a different ball motion i have ever seen in the Brunswick Line. I am loving what I am seeing and find it very hard not to throw this ball. This ball will fit all bowling styles and will be useable on almost any pattern you may see.

I have finally thrown this enough to post a review. I drilled mine 75x6x30. I wanted a stronger ball drilled weaker, more for THS. I polished it some and it is great. The WC is about 2 stronger than my Wild Thing drilled 65x5x35. I like this ball alot. It is smoother than the WT and C System but does hook a little more. Also carries very well. Very predictable(trademark Brunswick). I have just drilled another one as well. I drilled it 70x1 1/2x40. Hit it with 4000 then polish. I needed this ball for the one center I bowl at. Needed to stay closer to the track longer and it fits the bill great. Haven't thrown it much but will post more later. If you are looking for a ball that hooks and controls the breakpoint, look no farther than the Wild Card.
Ok, I have thrown my 70x 1 1/2x40 enough now to post a review. This one center I bowl at really breaks down. I am a high rev player and even when it is only me playing in, they still break down alot. So I drilled this ball to stay farther right longer. This way when this ball doesnt work I can change balls and go deep.
Now, with this layout and surface prep(4000 then polish) the ball clears the front with a trace of oil. Reads the midlane well and then a smooth roll off the spot. No flip or strong turn at all just a roll.
I have found that the Wild Card takes surface changes very well and responds to them well also. Polishing will add more downlane motion and more surface will smooth it out.
Between the two I have they are the first balls out of my bag right now. It should be the first ball out of your bag too!!!

Drilled this ball a few weeks ago and think I have thrown it enough to make a review on it.

Drilled 50x4.5x45. I was looking for a mid line solid ball that was smoother yet could get thru the pins well. I chose this over a Gamebreaker 2 as I have one of these pin down. I wanted to try something different.

I am a little surprised as to how much this ball actually corners down lane. Is a bit more angular that what I was looking for but it rolls great and will get thrown a lot. I will end up drilling another Gamebreaker 2 so it is smoother downlane.

Compared to the original Impulse, this is about an arrow more. Not as angular but more angular than a Heat Xtreme. I will use this ball when there is decent amount of volume in the fronts and the backs are a little tight. I can also use this when there is a huge puddle in the middle and I want to move into it.

For me not a great fresh shot ball but after a couple games and the track starts to hook more and the puddle is still there it will be great.

GB2 Phenom Pearl is a ball that I was missing from my arsenal for sometime now. Now that I have it I have 2 of them and WILL drill more of them. First one was drilled 60x5.5x30. Ball is long and very angular. I wanted to utilize what this ball is about and that backend. It is a little stronger than I expected but that's totally ok. just drilled a 2nd one with the pin in the palm and this one amazes me too. It gets going about 2ft sooner than the pin up and makes a nice hard arc. Does go thru the pins great too. This one will end up with a little surface on it to smooth it out a little more to use on patterns a little flatter and around 40ft long.

The Gauntlet. This ball equals HOOK and a lot of it. I really didn't have a need for a big hooking ball but I did need something for shorter flatter patterns. SO I drilled one of these with a 45x3x40. This allows the ball to rev earlier and not want to react a lot downlane. This will allow me to use this on shorter flat patterns with some decent volume. I ll be able to stay further right longer.
As far as what this balls potential to is endless. Like I said the ball hooks and hooks a lot. The continuation thru the pins is exceptionally well for being a big core. One of the best that I have ever seen.

Rebel Solid is a smooth rolling early revving reaction. Very much a benchmark ball. Drilled mine 45x4x70 with a low hole. I use this ball a lot on flatter patterns the first couple of games. It just blends the pattern so well. Also use this in league when I want to keep it in front of me more and stay straighter throughout the night.

Cyborg Pearl is my favorite ball. I love the original but this one is better. I drilled mine 50x4x80 with a low hole as well. I wanted this to be a smoother pearl and a touch rollier off the spot. This allows me to use this ball from start to finish in league. Recently had a 300 246 300 match with it. Middle game missed the transition a little but worked out game 3. When comparing this to the original, it is about 3 to 4 boards less and will be much more angular. If you have a Paradox Pearl and like that then this ball is a must have!!!

The Kinetic Emerald brings back the core from the original combined with an updated hybrid cover. Now for me this ball gave me some issues at first. Went with a 60x4x30 layout and it flat out was too long and flippy. Adjusted the cover and then I couldn't get it to go thru the pins the way I needed it to. So after a another surface change it got better shape wise but still had carry issues. Just put a p3 hole in it and bam there it is. Ball is good now. I don't see me using this ball a lot, but it will be useful later in blocks when I need a very clean ball thru the fronts but without going crazy down lane. For me it fits just above the Heat and under a GB2 Phenom Pearl

What can I not say about the Mako. This ball is great. Drilled this 50x4x30. No weight hole. I was skeptical to drill it this way because in the past I wasn't able to use a stronger drill on strong asymmetric balls. Not with this one. Gets thru the fronts and makes a nice turn down lane. What I like most about this ball is how it goes thru the pins!!! When comparing this to a Paradox, the Mako is a little cleaner and longer and more angular.
