Extremely happy with this ball! It makes for an easy, confident ball change from my Paradox Trilogy. The QR-7 pearl cover stores so much energy for the back part of the lane. Best 1-2 punch Ive had in a long time.

Normally, I would drill this ball pin down with the mass bias in a strong position. I went with a different layout to make it fit a little better between my Heat and Cyborg Pearl. Pin is above my middle finger with the mass bias an inch off the grip center line.

The DR-6 hybrid cover gets through the heads and mid lane with a strong back end motion. This is great for playing deep inside on the burn.

The Mako is the most aggressive and continuous ball I have ever thrown. I have it drilled pin down and it is a monster on heavy oil or long patterns. I plan on drilling another one pin up and bringing the finish up to 4000 Abralon for house patterns

The reaction this ball has is unlike any other ball I have ever thrown. Normally I save aggressive equipment for sport patterns. But the first set in league on a house shot I shot 802. This ball needs to be in your bag.

Box Finish
This ball corners harder than any other Track ball I have ever thrown. Even with a pin down drilling it is still really clean through the heads and angular in the backend.

Current Finish
The Trilogy is very versatile with surface change. To get the reaction I was looking for in a benchmark ball I took the polish off and brought the ball up to 2000 abralon. This helped the ball pick up more in the midlane and smooth out the backend.

Overall Impression
This is the first ball out of my bag every time I get on the lanes. It goes longer and is more angular than both the Paradox and Paradox Pearl. it is the perfect compliment to its predecessors.
