The Brunswick Defender is a versatile ball which provides a defined continuous motion ideal for controlling reaction. I find that keeping the cover at 1500 yielded the best reaction. I drilled this pin up over ring with the MB 1" from my thumb. It gets thru the fronts smoothly at that surface yielding more of a hard arc in the backend. I think there are other options for the heaviest of oils. I see this excelling on mediums and/or on patterns where control is needed. Only time will tell if it can tame the wet/dry but I think symmetric balls are best suited for that. Be sure to check out the Brunswick Bowling website for more information.

All I can say is WOW! Brunswick went all out with their research on a new cover. The HK22 additive enhances the reaction and color depth for this Defender Hybrid. With the OOB finish, I see this ball excelling for my rev rate on medium patterns and the typical house shot. This ball is super continuous and then some when exiting the pattern. I love how it digs into the backend when encountering friction. It provides that strong finish everyone looks for; unleashing its energy when going thru the pocket. I think touching a light 2000 pad to the cover can make it handle a touch more oil but still would provide that super, powerful, continuous motion. This ball will be in my bag wherever I go. Pick one up today. You will not be disappointed. Be sure to check out the Brunswick Bowling website for more information.

The Brunswick Infinity is a new core design that will provide bowlers a reaction that will allow additional length needed due to the higher RG. This ball will excel in transition when the HP equipment is reading too early. I also see this ball used on fresh medium where the need to control the backend is necessary. Overall it is a versatile piece and I would classify it at a benchmark type ball even though it has an asymmetrical core. Be sure to check out Brunswick’s website for videos and more information.

The Knockout Bruiser with the Savy Hook 4.0 cover reads the lane very well and provides great continuation handling a moderate volume of oil. If you loved the previous Knockouts, you will love this one as well. I drilled this with the pin up over the ring finger which was 4.5 inches from my PAP. This ball has super responsive in the backend and charges the pocket nicely. I see this handling more on the medium to medium-heavy oil patterns. Comparatively this ball is a touch stronger that its predecessors. Be sure to check out the Brunswick Bowling website for more information.

The Melee Jab Midnight Blue with the upgraded Savy Hook 3.0 cover gets thru the heads with ease and provides great continuation response in the mid-lane to backend. I drilled this with the pin up over the bridge just like I did with the SE. I see this handling more on the medium to medium-heavy oil patterns. Comparatively this ball is a touch stronger. All the power is still unleashed at the pocket. This ball will excel on a house shot for sure. Be sure to check out the Brunswick Bowling website for more information.

The Melee Jab SE with the Savy Hook 2.0 cover gets thru the heads with ease and provides great response in the backend. I drilled this with the pin up over the bridge. This ball will be good when the fronts are going away or on medium to lighter oil patterns. All the power is unleashed at the pocket. I'd be reluctant to use this on sport compliant due to the "flippy-ness" in the back as there are other options to control the reaction. I experienced many off pocket hits that carried well. The Prism Hybrid is the first Brunswick ball I've drilled in a very long time being that I am an EBI staffer. I am impressed with the reaction of this ball. I drilled this pin up over ring with the MB 1" from my thumb. It gets thru the fronts with ease and has a nice, strong, angular backend motion. This is a reaction not seen in the Ebonite line as of late. Close comparison might be the Track Kinetic series but a touch stronger. I see myself using this ball when there is lot of friction and/or when length is need on medium volume patterns. The energy released at the pocket was top notch. My first shot with it I sent a messenger to the 10 pin!

The Prism Warp is a stronger piece than the Hybrid for sure. As of this review, I have not thrown the Prism Solid yet; but in reading up on some of the reviews; folks are saying this piece in-between the Solid and Hybrid. I drilled this identical to the Hybrid I reviewed. I drilled this pin up over ring with the MB 1" from my thumb. This ball still gets thru the fronts easily but I stood about 4 and 2 left compared to the Hybrid. It still has that nice, strong, "angular" backend motion yet it is able to handle oil better. I see myself using this ball a lot; both in league and tournaments. I think I will add a second pin down version to my arsenal for fresher tougher patterns. Please check out Brunswick Bowling's website for further details regarding this ball. Thank you for reading.

The Brunswick Prism Warp Hybrid fits in-between the Prism Warp Solid and the Prism Hybrid. This ball pushes a bit further down the lanes (cleaner) but turns harder with a strong arc in the backend. The Warp Solid is sooner and less in the back, perfect for a bit more oil. The Prism Hybrid is sooner but has a more potent kick in the backend. The Prism Solid hooks at your foot and is the most aggressive in the line. All in all i will day the Prism series are all excellent and can cover medium to higher volumes. The Quantum Evo Pearl is a strong Pearl with the new Dynamicore2 technology. I drilled this identical to my Solid. This ball is heavy rolling but due to the cover it pushes thru the front much better yet providing some midlane traction with the out of box surface. I see myself using this ball on medium length but not so much on the heavier patterns. The drilling on this one reviewed is pin up [50 x 5.0 x 25]. The ball does store energy with continuation thru the pocket. As with the solid, there's a lot of power built into this core. The Quantum Evo Solid is a stronger piece with the new Dynamicore2 technology. I drilled this identical to my Zeniths to get a good comparison since I love the way the Zeniths roll. This ball is heavy rolling and loves oil. With the out of box surface, it reads the pattern quite quickly. I see myself using this ball on longer and heavier (not heaviest) patterns. The drilling on this one reviewed is pin up [50 x 5.0 x 25]. The ball digs in at the midlane and has a nice, strong, continuous movement towards the pocket. On an easy house shot I am able to feed it thru the middle to the dry and watch the ball drive at the pocket. There's a lot of power built into this core. The Brunswick Stellar is super clean thru the front saving it's energy for the mid-lane and backend. It doesn't read early with the out of box surface. I will say it handles some oil in the heads. I see this ball being used on medium patterns, lighter volumes, and/or later in a block of 6 games or more. Open your angles slightly and strike away. The popular Activator Plus 2.0 cover along with the Versa Max core provides excellent hitting power. Mine is drilled pin over bridge which I typically do for most symmetrical balls. The Brunswick Ultimate Defender is a versatile ball which provides a defined continuous motion ideal for controlling reaction. Given the hybrid cover and hk22, it gets thru the front part of the late nicely at the OOB finish of 2000. The reaction is more of a hard arc overall. I see this ball excelling when going up the boards (straighter angles); on sport type patterns within the medium (41') to long (45') distance. Ideal for patterns where control is needed.

The Zenith Hybrid is an aggressive ball that is the perfect in-between ball. I say this for when the Solid is too strong and the Pearl is not enough. This one provides the perfect reaction to handle transition for optimal lane read. This ball has superb movement and will read the midlane at the ideal spot. This one acts like a benchmark ball but in the Asymmetric line. Just like the Zenith Solid and Zenith Pearl, it's the recovery that stands out with this ba

The Zenith Pearl is an aggressive ball that can be used when the need for a ball to get thru the fronts due to the pattern breaking down. This ball compliments the Zenith Solid well and will provide that strong movement. This ball reads past the mid-lane while providing exceptional strong movement towards the pocket. Just like the Zenith Solid, it's the recovery that stands out with this ball. This will be a great go to ball if you need to open the angles when the heads get choppy. I drilled this with the pin up over the bridge, mass bias near thumb, and no extra\

The C300 Eruption Pearl is nice and clean through the front with a stronger overall ball motion. I see this one in use for when the heads get a bit choppy and/or playing up the lane on a fresh blended house shot with nice recovery. This ball doesn't have a strong flippy motion but a nice sweeping motion. I was able to give this one a bit more room to the dry without over-hooking concern. The new version of the Columbia300 PowerTorq is very clean thru the front with exceptional continuation in the backend. If there is one word to describe this ball would be "POWERFUL". The 2000 surface doesn't read too early. This ball will be one of the most versatile balls in your bag. The Columbia300 PowerTorq Pearl is very clean thru the front with a more defined pop in the backend. This ball stores energy very well and unleashes it all at the pocket. Compared to its predecessor, this ball actually out hooks it by a few when the house pattern has gone thru some transition. I drilled mine 60 x 5.00 x 40. This ball will be one of the most versatile pearl balls in your bag. Although this ball may not be suitable to Heavy patterns but for typical league conditions/Medium patterns; it is a YES! Review:
I was in awe of the hitting power of this ball. It has excellent pick up in the mid-lane due to the core and cover combo. The solid aggressive cover reads the mid lanes quite well. I've used this ball on heavier volumes. It's hook in a box. An under-rated ball in my opinion.

I was in awe of the hitting power of the new Columbia 300 Speed after tossing this down the lane. This ball has excellent pick up in the mid-lane due to the core and hybrid cover combo. You can't beat a reaction like that for it's price-point. This ball reads the lane nicely and fits well for lanes with medium to high-medium volumes of oil. I see myself taking this one out of my bag quite often. Many times it's not how much the ball hooks but where it hooks. There is no limit how much striking a bowler can achieve with this ball.

For me, this ball is much cleaner, retains energy well, and has a stronger back end motion compared to the Swerve. If the Swerve is bleeding out on you then a ball change to this one is necessary. It's a nice compliment to have both the Swerve and SwerveFX in your bag. I drilled this one pin up with the mass bias near the thumb with box surface which is exactly the same layout as the Swerve. I've honestly noticed this ball out hooking the original at times. I do see the hyper shock technology in action compared to other equipment. There is a difference.

I was in awe of the hitting power of the new Columbia 300 Speed so now include the HK22 in the same line and you get the Top Speed. This ball has the same excellent pick up in the mid-lane due to the core and cover combo as speed but much more kick in the back end. It has additional length due to the core numbers but you can't beat a reaction like that for its price-point. This ball reads the lane nicely and fits well for lanes with medium volumes of oil. This ball is really strong. It needs oil up front in order to excel unless you have a lot of speed in which case no need to worry about the amount of oil in the heads. I find that this ball has an ultra controlling reaction. It picks up where it needs to. Definitely a balI to use on higher volumes / fresh. The best I've scored with this ball is when I played the lanes tighter by keeping my lines straighter. It's not one of those ball you can wheel to the gutter. I used this ball on 47' and saw excellent carry. A pretty good piece to have in your bag.

The new DV8 Collision is the newest release from DV8. I am loving the color combinations especially when going down the lane. It yields a skid flip shape on the lanes with good hitting power at the pocket. I drilled this ball identical to the Medusa. This review is basically the same except that I stood 2 to 3 boards further left in comparison with the same reaction. This ball stores energy very well. I see this ball in my bag on medium house patterns with a decent amount of room to the outside. It has defined movement in the backend in addition to exceptional carry / great pin action. The solid Decree provides a hard arc reaction on medium lanes. This reaction is suitable for those bowlers looking for good length and a not so violent reaction in the backend. Compared to an Allure Solid it's about 6 & 3 right of it for a right-hander. This ball is an option for sport type patterns in the 37-39 foot range. All I can say is WOW! This is hook in a box. It has a perfect name too. It intimidates the pins with its power. I've thrown this ball on medium to heavier patterns. Due to the big hook, this ball provides huge hold area on the house. This ball does not jerk when encountering friction. It's continuous motion is ideal for the strong finish it unleashes. The energy it releases is crazy when going thru the pocket. This ball will be in my bag wherever I go. I see this ball excelling on sport patterns. Pick one up today.

This ball is impressive. The hitting power of the DynamiCore just annihilates the pins. When I first threw the ball, I thought it would grab early due to the sanded cover. That certainly was not the case. For me, the Verge is clean through the front with strong overall ball motion. I pay the lanes keeping the angles as small as possible. I didn't see much lane shine after using it for 5 games. Pick one up today. Check out the online video at DV8's website.

The DV8 Verge Pearl is just as impressive as the solid. For me, the Verge Pearl is cleaner through the front with a stronger overall ball motion. I see this one for when the heads get a bit choppy when the solid is checking up soon. I was able to give this one a bit more room to the dry with expected recovery. Overall this ball hooks about 3-1 more in the scenario described above. Don't forget to check out the DV8 bowling website for more details.

Review:
This layout and new pearl cover provides more length and more back end than the Adrenaline Shot. The move off the breakpoint is not jerky but strong. I have the Shot drilled similar and this one is isn't as early. I would say it to be about 4 and 2 right compared to the Adrenaline Shot. Even though the surface is finished with Clean-n-Sheen polish, trust that it will recover. When the track area gets toasty from everyone using their dull equipment, I found this ball to excel. It does not read early unless you're completely on top of the dry. It's been an easy decision to switch to this ball and watch it do it's work. Ebonite is making great bowling balls and if you're not drilling any of them, you're missing out. This is another fantastic piece here. If you're looking for a ball in the later stages of an event or something to get down-lane, this is it.

The Ebonite Aero is an aggressive ball that will excel on medium-high volumes of oil. This ball reads the midlane well and provides a predictable motion we like to see in a bowling ball. I was able to strike the most when playing up the lane with a little bit of swing. I drilled this with the pin up over the bridge, mass bias near thumb. Drill one up and enjoy the striking power and high scores. This ball takes surface adjustments well and has the DynamiCore and DOT techno0logy. This ball is hook in a box. The Ebonite Aero Dynamix is an aggressive ball that will perform best when needing length and recovery. This ball pushes thru the front nicely, has a strong motion in the midlane, and saves all the energy for the back. It's by no means a skid/flip reaction but more of a prominent turn. This balls excelled when the angles were opened due to the nature of the GSV-X Hybrid and hefty asymmetric core. I was able to strike the most when feeding the ball out to the dry. I drilled this with the pin up over the bridge, mass bias near thumb. Drill one up and enjoy the striking power and high scores. This ball has the DynamiCore and DOT technology. This balls fits in well above the GB2 Phenom Pearl. It gets thru the heads easy with a strong downlane motion unleashing it's energy at the pocket. I see more of a "snap" in the backend compared to the GB2's where you would see more of an arc. This ball will be good when the fronts are going away or on medium to lighter oil patterns. I'd be reluctant to use this on sport compliant due to the "flippy-ness" in the back as there are other options to control the reaction.

The Ebonite Allure is very clean thru the front and has monster kick in the backend. It doesn't read early with the out of box surface (500, 1000, 3000, Siaair / Crown Factory Compound) saving all it's energy for the back end. Open your angles and strike away. Excellent hitting power especially with the DynamiCore Technology.. Be sure to check out Ebonite's website for more information.

The Ebonite Allure Solid is very clean controllable continuous ball. This ball is the benchmark ball you need in your bag that offers the predictability and hitting power. Compared to the Allure pearl, this ball is roughly 4&2 left (for a rightly). The solid version handles more oil with the 500/1000/2000 sanded Traxion SF solid cover. The Allure line offers an excellent one-two punch. Be sure to check out Ebonite's website for more information.

The Ebonite Choice Pearl is an aggressive ball that can be used when the need for a ball to get thru the fronts when the shot breaks down. The Ebonite Choice Solid outlooks its predecessors (Hybrid and Pearl) by a good 3 to 4 boards. This is an aggressive ball that can be used on the highest volumes of oil. This ball reads the midland just as good as the Hybrid version but a bit sooner. It provides that same arcing shape as it should from the big revving core. I drilled this with the pin up over the bridge, mass bias near thumb, and no extra hole. I see this one best for sport patterns in the 29ml total volume range. Drill one up and enjoy the striking power. This is yet another ball that is hook in a box from Ebonite.

The Crusher is a new design in the Ebonite line. Ebonite has introduced a high end (pro-performance) aggressive hybrid asymmetric ball with a new core to fill a void in their current line. With the OOB finish, I used this ball on a fresh house shot of medium volume and was able to cross 19 at the arrows out to about 9/8 at the breakpoint. This ball read the midline rather quickly; which is why I played so far left on the lane. Overall thought is that this ball needs more oil and it has that strong roll and nice confutation towards the pocket. Ideally it will handle higher volume oil patterns where control is needed. It kind of reminded me of a Hammer Extreme Envy. This ball offer a high amount of track flare, midline read, and power. This ball is a great compliment to the recently released The One Reverb which handles less volumes of oil and has a quicker response in friction. Pick one up and enjoy this newly designed bowling ball.

The Crusher Hybrid is the same core design as the Red/Black/Orange colored ball but with an upgraded HK22C Optimize base. Ebonite has introduced an even more high end aggressive hybrid asymmetric ball. With the OOB finish, I find myself using this ball on fresh house with a lot of friction. This ball does need oil up front and does not quit. It’s really the strongest piece (change of direction); I’ve ever seen in an Ebonite ball. Overall thought is that this ball needs more oil and friction to work properly. This ball offer a high amount of track flare, backend read, and power.

Now there are three options offered with the introduction of Hybrid along with the Solid and Pearl. I drilled the Destiny Pearl with the pin over my ring finger CG in the palm. There is no extra hole. This ball combines the reaction of the solid and pearl in that it doesn't read early and it doesn't save all the energy for the back end. This one will excel on house shots of somewhat lighter volume and also when the lanes transition; where the fronts go away. There won't be any sacrifice of carry as this Destiny Hybid is built for that.

If you loved the Cyclone line I see no reason why you wouldn't love the Destiny line. Now there are two options offered with the Solid and Pearl. I drilled the Destiny Pearl with my favorite layout I've used in the past with the Cyclones. The pin is placed in my ring finger CG in the palm. There is no extra hole. I was impressed at how this ball rolled much like with the Solid. Expect good track flare with this one. I was able to use this ball on a medium house shot after numerous games bowled. I had easy length and good recovery down lane. This ball will excel on lighter oil or burned up fronts. Compared to the original cyclone, this one pushes longer with that a predictable; easy to read movement. Drier lanes is where this ball will shine. For the price point, this ball is of excellent value with no lack of hitting power. If you've never thrown a Cyclone, why not give the Destiny Pearl a try. This is another top quality piece from EBI.

I was extremely impressed at how this ball rolled. I used this ball after 4 games of a doubles set on a medium house shot. I had effortless push thru the front with a moderate backend reaction. Compared to the original cyclone, this one picks up a touch sooner, has a predictable; easy to read movement, and is less sensitive to oil. This is due to the upgraded GB 11.2 Solid Cover. I did notice a bit more tarck flare than usual. :) For the price point, this ball is of excellent value with no lack of hitting power. The Ebonite Envision Pearl with the new HK22 cover additive is an aggressive ball with the GSV-X Pearl cover that will excel on medium-high volumes of oil. This ball reads the end of the pattern well and provides a more backend movement than the solid. With the out of box surface of 3000 grit, there is some control in reaction. I was able to strike the most when feeding the ball to the dry to blend out the reaction. It clears the fronts quite cleanly but not super sharp off the dry. If you're looking for an asymmetric ball that gives you the best of control and power, then this is it. I drilled mine pin down with angles of 45 x 4.25 x 70. The new Ebonite Futura is here! The GSV-1 cover is making a difference in the Ebonite line. This upper mid price ball features the low RG motion offered in the Game Breaker line. With the aggressive cover, there is increased backend continuation and improved overall flare potential. I see this ball being used on the fresh and several games in. When you throw Gamebreakers, you know what to expect. I say this repeatedly. This is a new version of a Gamebreaker. This ball won't disappoint as it provides extra pop and awesome hitting power more so in the backend. This one stores energy well. Seeing this in a symmetrical ball is a wonderful thing. I think pin up drilling’s will work best with this one as the energy is retained quite well.

REVIEW:
This ball out of the box provides the strong mid-lane roll we all love from the original Gamebreaker. With the 2000 Abralon finish and this layout, the ball is super smooth through the front, has moderate length, and a strong predictable reaction in the back end. It is certainly not a super hooking ball but that's not what it's designed to do. The reaction is what you want on the over/under house shots and sport patterns. Don't be fooled. This ball hits hard and carries well for the price. You won't be disappointed. Due to the 2000 surface there needs to be oil up front.

Review:
This layout and new hybrid cover provides more length than the original and less length than the Gold. The move off the breakpoint is quite responsive. It's not a hockey stick shape but more of a hard arc in my opinion. For a pin down I found it stores energy quite well. I'm hoping to try a Pin up drilling. I've used this ball on the fresh and was able to take my hand up the back and also feed it to the dry (7 and 3 left) and still get a consistent reaction. I'd rate this ball better than the original GB2 since there a few more boards of hook built into this one. Ebonite is making great bowling balls and if you're not drilling any of them, you're missing out. This is another fantastic piece here. If you're looking for a reliable and readable ball, this is it.

Review:
This layout and upgraded cover provides a stronger move than all the Gamebreaker2's I've ever thrown. This ball is my favorite right now. The move off the breakpoint is the most responsive I've seen in this line. I've used this ball mainly on medium to slightly heavy patterns. If you have an adequate amount of rotation, you can certainly use this on heavier. I've had huge success on the Kegel Broadway pattern. In a six game block I managed 246, 300, 245, 300, 245, and 300 changing pairs after each game. It was an unreal day for me but it's that good. This is yet another fantastic piece here. If you're looking for a ball to provide consistency and the power the GB2 core is known for, this is it.

Review:
This layout and pearl cover provides more length that the GB2 Phenom. I played about 2 boards further right with the pearl compared to the solid. This ball would perform best on medium to drier lanes for medium to higher ball speed. When the GB2 Phenom begins to stand up early, this balls will serve as the go to ball. If you're looking for a ball to provide length, consistency and the power the GB2 offers, this is it. This ball will be in my ball for sure especially when bowling on shorter patterns and lower volumes of oil.

Yes, GB3! The upgraded cover provides an even stronger move in the midlane than the Gamebreaker2 Phenom. I see 2 more boards of hook compared to the latter. Yes, GB3 Pearl! The upgraded cover on the pearl provides an even stronger move beyond the midlane than the Gamebreaker3 (GB3). When the GB3 is starting too early this is the ball to go to. When you throw any of the Gamebreakers, you know what to expect. I say this repeatedly. This ball won't disappoint as it provides extra pop in the backend and excellent carry. This one stores energy well. It's best suited for mediums and when the heads are drying up. This is yet another fantastic piece here.

The new Ebonite GB4 is here! This ball is a bit stronger than the GB3, is a touch earlier, and has much more continuation in the backend. When compared to the GB2, this version isn't as smooth. The ball digs into the oil much better and has excellent hitting power. The GB 12.0 cover and 500,1500 surface prep are spot on.

Yes! GB4 Hybrid with HK22 base is here. The upgraded GB 12.0 cover provides an even stronger move in the midlane than its predecessor, the GB4 Pearl. The HK22 enhances the backend motion unleashing extra power at the pocket. I am highly impressed at how much more oil this GB4 Hybrid can handle. It is clean thru the front with a more predictable overall shape. If you are looking for versatility and power, look no further. This is not like any Game Breaker shape seen before. The new Ebonite GB4 Pearl (12.0 cover) is here! I will say the pearl version clears the heads quite well while yielding that same continuous movement as the GB4 Solid. Just picture using this on lesser volume when the GB4 Solid begins to read early. I see this ball being quite versatile on a variety of patterns with that length and strong backend shape. Having both Solid and Pearl in the bag would be a great 1-2 punch. Be sure to check out Ebonite's website for more information.

The new GB5 out of the box provides the strong continuous mid-lane reaction we all love from the Gamebreaker line. This one is a bit different. With the 1550 grit finish, this ball handles more oil in the fronts than the GB4 and GB2. The upgraded cover help too. As of this write up, there has been huge success with players using this ball on the PBA tours. From my point of view, it is super smooth through the front, has moderate length, and a strong predictable reaction in the back end. It is certainly not a super hooking ball but that's not what it's designed to do. The reaction is what you want on the over/under patterns and for blending out the reaction. Don't be fooled as this ball hits hard and carries well. You won't be disappointed.

The GB5 Pearl is following the suit of solid GB5 version. The solid version has been a staple on the PBA Tour at the time of this writing. With the HK22 - GB 12.7 Pearl coverstock, you get excellent length and strong back end. Ebonite has introduced a more aggressive ball to fill a void in the symmetrical line. At the OOB end finish of 1500 compound, it produces a pronounced change of direction in friction. The GB5 solid is designed for heavier volume where this one works ideally on hooking lanes and/or transition. I used this ball on a fresh house shot of medium volume and was able to cross 13 at the arrows out to about 6/5 at the breakpoint with optimal carry. Pick one up and enjoy this iconic bowling ball core shape.

The new GameBreaker Asym is here with a twist on the GB4 core. This super ball is clean thru the front with an angular move on the back end. I see this ball being used when there is a lot of friction in the back on medium to lighter oil. This is my observation based on the easy length and flip motion. In addition, if you're a high rev player, this one could excel on higher volumes. This is a perfect ball for house conditions. Be sure to check out the ebonite website for more information.

The Ebonite Impact is clean thru the front and retains all its energy for the aggressive back end motion. I see this ball as a compliment to the Choice when that one begins to grab too early. I drilled my ball with the pin over bridge with cg and mass bias in line. Mass bias positioned 1 1/2" from my thumb without an extra hole. I see this ball being used much on heavy/mediums fresh depending on your rev rate. It can handle transition as well. Although it won't be good for wet/dry due to the cover being polished. I've thrown the Pivot which I liked. Having this upgraded GSV-1 Hybrid makes a difference in the overall shape I like to see. The ball is a must have in the bag.

Review:
I was really excited when I heard this ball was being released with the same cover on the Mission Unknown. This ball is clean with excellent downlane movement. It's not sharp but controllable with exceptional hitting power. It blends out the pattern well. I was surprised by it's power for the price. Due to my speed, I've had success on shorter patters such as older versions Cheetah and lighter volume patterns. I've heard some use this betweenn medium and heavy with success. If you're looking for value without sacrificing carry, this is the ball.

This ball is an upgraded cover to solid from the hybrid released approximately a year ago. The ball is relatively clean thru the front but there is more mid-line traction and more continuous movement. It blends out the pattern well. I see this ball excelling on fresh since it's optimal to control the reaction. Once again, if you're looking for value without sacrificing carry, this is the ball.

The new GB 14.0 Solid cover stock is awesome! The name says it all. On a fresh medium/high volume 43' house pattern, this ball excelled. This ball is the strongest asymmetric ball in the current Ebonite line. I was able to use this for about 2 games before the ball began to read too early and the downlane reaction went away. That is typical in todays environment as the oil is picked up off from the front of the lane. This ball has hard hitting power to it and excellent carry. I recently bowled on a PBA 47' Scorpion pattern on an Anvilane surface. I added some surface (500 Abralon) to the ball since I wanted early read. This ball did not disappoint. With the added traction I was able to play close to the pocket with the nice movement and power that I saw on the house pattern. This ball hooks the Warrior Supreme by a good 2-3 boards. This ball is strong and predictable. I can't wait for a pearl version.

The new GB 14.0 Pearl cover stock is just as awesome as the Solid! In comparison to the Maverick Solid; On a fresh medium/high volume 43' house pattern, this ball was about 2 to 3 boards less hook but stronger in the back end due to the polished cover. This ball is the strongest asymmetric pearl ball in the current Ebonite line. I was able to use this when the Maverick started up too early. This ball provides a nice combination with the solid. This ball is hits hard, is strong and is just as predictable as the Solid.

Review:
I was really excited when I heard this ball was being released. The mission line was one of my favorites years ago so having the chance to attain either a Gold, Red, or Black mission made it more exciting.

This review is for a Black Mission Unknown. This ball rolls strong and provides a relatively mild angular motion thru the pins. The drilling I used provides that since I didn't want the ball to bee too flippy. I've had success on shorter patters (Cheetah) playing out and medium-light house patterns playing right as well. This ball has nice hitting power with lots of off hit carry. It's not super strong in the back end, all be it while the polished cover gives that little extra. If you're looking for a controlled but somewhat angular reaction with ultimate power, this is the ball.

The Ebonite Omni is the first high performance asymmetric ball made by Brunswick. This ball is being referred to as having the same motion of the Ebonite V2 released at the end of 2019. i did see the same predictable motion but overall a good 3 to 4 boards left on the approach. With the Dynamicore Technology, there is more hitting power at the pocket. For me, it worked best on fresh where control is typically needed. I see myself putting more surface on this on higher volumes of oil at grit levels of 500 or 1000. The Omni is a versatile piece and will work on a variety of pattern distances. The new Ebonite Polaris is here. A new core design with a radial disc on the bottom of the ball to create extra motion has been introduced along with an upgraded cover. After throwing this on a fresh house at 41'. I was in awe of the hitting power this ball provides. It has excellent pick up in the mid-lane due to the core and cover combo. The GSV-3 aggressive cover reads the mid lanes quite well. This will be my go to ball on Medium-Heavy volumes. It's hook in a box. My layout is 55 x 5.00 x 55. The Ebonite Polaris Hybrid is here. The same core design with a radial disc on the bottom of the ball to create extra motion. This ball has excellent pick up much like the solid version in the mid-lane due to the core and cover combo. The GSV-3 hybrid aggressive cover reads the mid lanes quite well. If you need a ball with that heavy roll and added length, this will be the go to ball. I love how hard it changes direction in the backend and explodes the rack. My layout is 65 x 4.75 x 35. This ball will excel for when the lanes are in transition. Happy Striking! Be sure to check out the Ebonite website for more information.

I drilled the New Stinger Hybrid with the pin over my ring finger CG in the palm. This ball combines the reaction of a solid and pearl in that it doesn't read early and it doesn't save all the energy for the back end. This one provides good length due to higher RG and less backend due the medium diff. I see it best for medium to lighter volume. It may struggle on the heaviest and longer pattern unless ball speed is slower. I was happy with the shape and I was able to play closer to the dry part of the lane early on the fresh. This ball reminded me of the Destiny Hybrid which I tossed a 300 with. Be sure to check out Ebonite's website for more details.

The One Encore is here and following the suit of HK22 additive included in the cover-stock, Ebonite has introduced a compliment to the One Remix. With the OOB finish, I used this ball on a fresh 43' pattern on the new Brunswick white panels, and see really strong continuation off the end of the pattern. I am able to control the back end as with all previous versions of "The One". This ball does not jerk when encountering friction still yielding the same continuous motion, strong finish, and ideal hitting power. I think adding some surface would be great for sport patterns. The 4000 OOB finish does lane shine quickly. I do recommend a 3000 pad to add a little more early hook if needed. Pick one up and enjoy this iconic bowling ball.

All I can say is WOW! Ebonite went all out to bring back The One Remix. They got this one right with the same core design and upgraded cover. Add in the DOT technology and DynamiCore for optimal striking power. With the OOB finish, I see this ball excelling for my rev rate on medium patterns and the typical house shot. This ball does not jerk when encountering friction. Its continuous motion is ideal for the strong finish it unleashes. The energy it releases is crazy when going thru the pocket. This ball will be in my bag wherever I go. Pick one up today. You will not be disappointed. Be sure to check out the Ebonite website for more information.

The One Reverb is following the suit of HK22C additive package included in the new GB 15.1 Pearl coverstock. Ebonite has introduced a more aggressive ball all around to fill a void in their current line. With the OOB finish, I used this ball on a fresh house shot of medium volume and was able to cross 15 at the arrows out to about 8 at the breakpoint watching the ball roar back to the pocket. This is not your typical The One reaction. Previous versions of this ball tended to read sooner on the lane and be more controlled. This ball dug in at the right point on the lane. I was really impressed of the amount of track flare, back end, and power this ball has. This ball is a great compliment to the recently released Crusher which handles more volumes of oil. Pick one up and enjoy this iconic bowling ball.

Love this remake. Brings back some memories of the original One. With the GB 13.3 Hybrid cover stock and core; it is an awesome combination! On a fresh medium house pattern - 42', this ball excelled. I saw good response and was able to feed the ball outside without any fear of it recovering. This ball is clean, stores energy, and hits good. This ball holds line well. Just play the oil more than the dry early and strike away. An excellent piece to have in the bag. Who knows? You may even open the box and get one of the special edition Ones.

Great ball for lighter oil or those with slow ball speed. There's very little movement downlane due to the weaker core. It hits well and rools smooth. This is a step up from urethane in my opinion.

The Verdict is quite impressive. This ball is strong, and hard hitting. I've yet to see it overreact. I've drilled 2 of these. The first one was drilled a bit on the strong side. Pin was in a leverage position which caused the ball to flare a ton. I'm reluctant to drill a ball so aggressive as they tend to lose energy so quickly but for me I needed to tame it down. As an experiment, I shined up the ball after touching the cover with a 3000 pad and saw less early reaction but increased move downlane. The adjustment tamed the reaction by about 4-5 boards. The second ball i drilled had a pin placement above the middle finger. This layout cut down the flare. That is something I wanted to do. The hitting power remained without any adjustment to the out of box surface. This reaction provided a strong move in the midlane and controlled reaction. That is ideal for my game which equates to high scores. Overall this is the strongest/powerful piece in the Ebonite line. I'm excited to see what Ebonite does with this new GSV-1 cover in the future.

The Verdict was quite impressive and the Verdict Pearl is no different. This ball is strong, and hard hitting too. It reads the friction better than the original due to the polish. This ball provides length thru the front and stores energy for the backend. This ball is a must have in the bag. On the fresh the original was earlier by a few boards. With the pearl I was able to trust the recovery and be further left a few boards. The GSV-1 pearl cover is definitely responsive to dry. This is the strongest pearl if seen in quite some time in the Ebonite line.

The new Ebonite V2 (2019) version is here! Ebonite really came up with a fantastic piece. To design a ball that gives you a throwback reaction that can handle todays oils is an understatement. I drilled this with my standard pin above ring. This ball read the lane quicker than some recent Ebonite symetrical releases such as the Futura, GB3, and GB2. This ball wants to stand up quicker than most yet provides that mid-lane read and predictability; therefore able to combat a good amount of head oil. In my opinion, this one may not be for those with slower ball speeds under 13mph due to the aggressiveness of the ball. This one is always going to be in my bag. Pick one up before they are no longer available.

The GB 13.3 Hybrid cover stock is awesome! I like the color combination as well. On a fresh medium volume house pattern - 42', this ball was simply too strong. Did I just type that? Is that even possible? I was warming up with my Warrior (pin up) and when I finally got loose wanted to give the Warrior Elite (pin up - same layout) a go. I decided to step 6 and 3 left. With my first shot, it danced a messenger across the deck. I was like wow! I continued to throw more shots and became more and more impressed. Honestly, I'm not a fan of playing the lane with too much angle, but I was certainly entertained. This ball is ultra strong and ultra predictable. As of this posting, I want to report back on how this ball fairs on higher volume. I also want to see how it reads on sport patterns. If you are in the market for a strike machine, look no further than this one. Add the Warrior Elite (Hybrid) and Warrior (Pearl) to your arsenal and out score the competition.

The GB 13.3 Solid cover stock is unreal! Another good color combination in my opinion. Compared to the Warrior Elite, this one out hooks it by an easy 4 boards with the out of box finish. On a medium to heavy 41 foot house pattern, I had huge room to the outside with a really strong movement to the pocket. Carry was exceptional to say the least. Although the carry was there, this ball needs oil up front to react properly. Put this one away on lighter volumes and toasty heads. With the layout, it rolls very strong and is predictable. A good piece to use on tougher patterns where controlling the breakpoint is necessary. I love the Warrior Elite (Hybrid) and adding this one to my arsenal just made it better. If you're not drilling any of the EBI stuff, you're missing out.

The 3-D Offset from Hammer is a great combination of smoothness and strength combined in one. Expect a clean reaction with continuous backend for a pearl reactive. This ball has excellent hitting power. It does not overreact at all and hits the pins with tremendous power. I see this ball as a benchmark ball and usable on a variety of patterns. It reminds me of the Obsession Tour but with a little more shape. Keep this one in your bag to help conquer difficult lanes and outscore the competition. Who doesn't like the Black Widow line? I loved the older Black Widow Red Legend but now there's a new love: the Black Widow Ghost Pearl. This Black Widow version is clean like its pearl predecessors thru the front but more continuous in the backend. I'm able to give this one room without worrying if it will recover. When I throw widows, I tend to keep my angles straighter. It's a bit different with this ball. I am seeing more response compared to what I'm used to with previous widows. Drill one up and strike away. Be sure to check out hammerbolwing website for more information.

I loved the Black Widow Red Legend but now there's a new love: the Black Widow Gold. This Black Widow version is really clean thru the front and more continuous/angular than the Red. This ball is smooth and continuous. It has a great mid-lane movement with the OOB finish. For me, it works best on wet/dry where you can feed it to the spot. It's not a good ball to use if you want to open up the lane. I've found the straighter I am thru the front, the better this ball carries. I have yet to use this on a shorter pattern but I'm sure this could be a good choice for a Cheetah or similar depending on the oil volume.

The new version of the Hammer Web is here and it is going to be very popular. The Dark Web features a new twist to the Modified Spheroid core as a flip block was added to it. This ball picks up in the midlane with a strong controllable motion. A perfect ball for tournament patterns and when you want to control the breakpoint. It reminds me of that GB2 shape but overall stronger and enormous hitting power. The 500/1500 surface doesn't read too early. This ball will be in my bag at every event. Review:
With the box surface of 1000, the Diesel needs some oil up front to be effective. The core wants to stand up relatively early and get going. I love the hitting power and predictibility all in one. I compare this ball to the Scandal, which is a symmetric like this, only it is a solid cover. This is a hyrid so it's a bit cleaner through the front. I did see many off hits carrying and pins accelrate off the deck. This is must have from the Hammer line.

The new Hammer Effect Tour is here. Following up the Effect in the High Performance line is a “smoother”version of the 2024 ball of the year. This ball does not disappoint. Much like the popular Envy Tour, this one is about 2-3 more boards of more hook, which equates to more hold area. Given the hard hitting Huntsman Tour - lower differential core, and extra dynamics behind this one, there is expectation for optimal pin carry. This ball has a defined midlane to backend continuation towards the pocket that unleashes its power. This is definitely a ball for both league and tournament bowler on high to medium oil patterns. Pick one up today and strike away.

All I can say is WOW! Hammer got this one right. This is hook in a box. It's perfectly named too! I've used this on medium to heavier patterns and basically have a huge hold area. This ball does not jerk when encountering friction. It's continuous motion is ideal for the strong finish it unleashes. The energy it releases is crazy when going thru the pocket. This ball will be in my bag wherever I go. I see this ball excelling on sport patterns. Pick one up today.

The Hammer Infamous provides a hard arcing reaction on medium to heavy lanes. This reaction is suitable for those bowlers looking for a benchmark type roll. This ball provides good length with end over end movement. I see this ball blending out wet/dry due the cover setup of 500,1000,2000 finish. This one provides optimal hitting power while saving energy at the right spot. Be sure to check out hammerbowling for more information.

The Hammer Obsession is perfect upgrade bowlers looking for an aggressive ball to handle heavier volumes of oil. This rolls heavy and likes to dig into the lane. This will be the ball for longer patterns. The shape of this ball is super aggressive midlane to backend. This ball is definitely in my bag for use in tournaments on flatter and/or fresh so I do not have to worry about overreaction. Words I said for the Obsession Tour but with more hook. The Obsession line is top notch. Add this one to your arsenal today.

The Hammer Obsession Tour is perfect for bowlers looking for an ultra smooth ball with a little extra in the back end. I was astounded as to how hard hitting this ball is. Hammer has made a better version of the Web Tour Edition. Is that even possible? The Obsession Tour is truly a benchmark ball and then some. It is very clean for a dull ball (1500 grit), giving you that midlane read every bowler desires. The continuation through the pocket is crazy. This ball is definitely in my bag for use in tournaments on flatter and/or fresh so I do not have to worry about overreaction. Add this one to your arsenal today.

The Hammer Obsession Tour Pearl is perfect for bowlers looking for an option when the Obsession Tour is getting a bit lazy. This ball provides a clean shape on the choppy fronts while maintaining that ultra smooth motion in the back end. The Ocean Vibe is here. If you are in the market to purchase a ball to handle lighter oil, and/or need a ball to play up the lane, and/or have slower ball speed; look no further. On a fresh house condition of the low to medium variety; I am able to play outside the track area up the boards. This has allowed this ball to store enough energy while getting thru the fronts with ease. It has good continuation and power coming off the end of the pattern. The colors chosen for this ball are a nice blend. As a low price point ball, it is certainly worth having something like this in the bag. This ball is unique with the hammer line. Most hammers provide a strong rolling and controlled reaction. This one gets thru the fronts and turns hard in the back end due the Semtex Pearl cover and core size. It provides a high flare angular motion in the back end. I do see this ball being ideal on medium distance patterns where back end movement is desired.

Review:
This pearl cover provides length, late-midlane, and a back end reaction that's unique. The move off the breakpoint is actually somewhat snappy for a symmetric ball. The ball stores energy quite well. I see myself using this ball on medium patterns somewhere in the 37' to 40' range or when there's a good amount of friction outside. It only read early when trying to force it up the dry. Certainly a bad idea to do with any shiny ball. This is another fantastic piece here.

The third release in the Redemption line is here! This is my first time throwing a Redemption. I was highly impressed with the hitting power of this High End ball featuring the Aggression NE Hybrid cover. With the hybrid cover, you get the best of the solid traction for oil and pearl skid for dry. This combo allows for longer action on the lanes. I saw ease thru the fronts and a dynamic breakpoint shape. I compared this to a Radical Results and was about 5 and 2 right with the out of box surface on a fresh 41’ house condition. This ball won't disappoint as it provides extra pop (stores energy well) and awesome hitting power at the pocket due to the optimal entry angle.

The Redemption Solid is an oil monster. I was highly impressed with the hitting power of this High End ball featuring the Aggression NE Solid cover. This ball needs oil on the lane for optimal performance. With the solid cover, you get a ball that digs into the lane for ultimate traction and strong continuation at the back. When it encounters friction, the pocket needs to look out! Please check Hammerbowling website for more info.

The RipD (Hybrid) is an aggressive ball that can be used on medium to higher volumes of oil. This ball reads the midlane well and provides excellent movement. It’s on the stronger side but still predictable and hits well. I found the RioD to respond better in the backend with unlimited trust. Combine this with the RipD Solid and you’ve got your basis covered where strong bowing balls are needed. I drilled both pin up and enjoyed the striking power and high scores.

This ball is amazing. It's hook in a box. If you in the need for a really strong ball for oil, this is it. The new Carbon Fiber Infused cover combined with the symmetric core mate perfectly. This ball makes a big move in the backend and the carry is exceptional. I'm able to use this ball with different releases without any sign of quit. Hammer / EBI are making great bowling balls and if you're not drilling any of them, you're missing out. This is yet another fantastic piece here.

If you're in the need for a really strong symmetric ball for medium to heavy oil (higher rev rate), this is it. The Carbon Fiber Infused Pearl cover is clean and provides more punch in the back end where the solid version lacks. This ball makes a strong move on the backend, especially when there's friction, and the carry is exceptional. However, I would not use this ball on tighter/longer patterns. That's what the solid is for. Check out the videos on the hammer website for a good comparison. This is yet another fantastic piece here.

With the box surface of 2000, this ball needs some oil up front to be effective. It's definitely not a ball for burned up heads. In saying that, I would suggest this ball for medium volume since it is a hybrid. You get the best of both worlds with the cover and core combinations. The core does not get going until after the midlane. I love how this ball stores energy for the backend. Hammer has found a winning combination here. This is must have.

The new version of the Web Pearl from Hammer is here. The Web Pearl is easy through the fronts and has a nice continuation movement in the back part of the lane. For me; I see this ball in play on medium to lighter house patterns. When I see a ball that I can play up the lane, I know carry will be optimal. This ball stores energy well. After throwing this, I see a controllable reaction with the perfect continuation at the pocket. The Radical Conspiracy Scheme is not a big hooking ball. If you are looking for a smooth, controlling and predictable reaction in an Asymmetrical; look no further. I took the cover to a fresh 2000 pad as I like to see a more midlane read given I have a bit more speed on the ball. I drilled this ball 70 x 3.75 x 20 and love the shape I see. I drilled this ball 70 x 3.75 x 20 for maximum reaction. At first use of trying this ball, on the fresh, this ball glided thru the front and had some back end movement. I rarely use a pearl on the fresh so I took a wait and see approach. The design of this ball is to be smooth, controlling and predictable for an Asymmetrical. I switched for game 3. At this point I was able to go on top of where I was after using the DV8 Verge for 2 games. At that point I saw less glide thru the front but pickup around 44'. I liked the entry angle and carry. I think this ball could be much stronger with a surface adjustment to 1000 whereby it could handle the fresh. Check out the videos on the Radical wensite for more information.

This Radical Incognito is a strong ball but certainly less overall hook than most big asymmetrical balls. It provides a nice continuous shape with ample power through the pins. You see the ball retaining its energy for the back. It's not a flippy reaction but more of swoosh. I see this as a great choice for sport patterns where the angles need to be much straighter. This Radical Incognito Pearl is a strong ball but still less overall hook than most big asymmetrical pearl balls. It provides a nice continuous back end shape with ample power through the pins. I drilled this ball pin under to fill a gap in my league arsenal. I find myself using this ball on high friction surfaces (modern house shot conditions) where I can play the ideal part of the lane crossing about 17 at the arrows out to about 7 for optimal carry. I love the continuous motion and extra energy at the pocket. Be sure to check the Radical Bowling website for further info.

The Radical Informer is here. If you are looking for a big rolling ball that would that would read the lanes sooner than later, then look no further. This ball as designed; is early and has a smooth controllable motion. I tested this out on a choppy house shot and was able to keep the ball in line without much over reaction. To me this may seem like a good ball to use on a sport shot rather than house shot. I say this due to the continuation at the pocket which is what is needed to keep the ball in place. This balls hits well much like the Incognitos did due to the same core. The textured cover adds a little extra. Be sure to check out the radical bowling website for more information.

The Radical Maximum Results is an even bigger ball than its predecessor Results Plus. This ball equates to optimal striking Results due to introduction of the high mass bias. This ball did not disappoint much like the previous Results. I drilled this 55x5x55 which put the pin near my bridge. This ball is a hook monster for heavier oil. It reads the fronts with ease and has a more defined midlane read compared to the Plus and Original. I see this ball used on longer and higher volumes to control reaction. I compared this to the Plus. It's roughly 4 and 2 left on the fresh 41' house. The power of Dynamicore impressively destroys the rack. The Radical Pandemonium is very clean thru the front and has good kick in the backend. It doesn't read early with the out of box surface saving all its energy for the back end. I do say it handles some oil in the heads. I see this ball being used on medium patterns, lighter volumes, and/or later in a block of 6 games or more. Open your angles a bit and strike away with this ball that provides excellent hitting power. Mine is drilled pin over bridge which I typically do for most symmetrical balls. The Radical Results is a big ball with big backend and big hit. This ball equates to striking Results! This ball did not disappoint. My first 18 shots with it was all strikes. The core design and cover are a perfect match. I drilled this pin up over ring with the MB 1" from my thumb. It gets thru the fronts with ease and has such a momentous movement on the backend. I compared this shape to the Columbia300 Baller with a similar RG. The difference being the textured pearl cover, higher int diff, and the hitting power of the Dynamicore explodes the rack. Just look at the colors. What's not to like? If you're in the need for a really strong symmetric ball for medium to heavy oil (higher rev rate), this is it. The Ai39 Hybrid cover is clean and provides the perfect punch in the back end. I drilled this pin down and love the reaction. Unfortunately, I have not thrown the solid nor the pearl so I cannot offer a comparison here. This ball makes a strong move on the backend, especially when there's friction towards the outside. Pin carry is exceptional. What I would not recommend is using this ball on tighter/longer patterns where outside is not playable. A stronger piece like the Zing! Solid would be a better option. The Zing! Hybrid from Radical Bowling provides just what the name says. I was in awe of the hitting power of this ball. It has excellent pick up later downlane; at the right spot. This is due to the core and cover combo. You can't beat a reaction like that especially when it stores energy for the back end and sends pin flying. This ball reads the lane nicely and fits well on medium to high-medium volumes of oil when playing inside lines. This ball will be in my bag all the time. It's not how much the ball hooks but where it hooks. At this time I have not thrown the Solid nor the Pearl. Please check out the Radical Bowling website for more details.

The third release in the Zing! line is here! The Zing! pearl has some unique color combinations. It actually looks neat as they blend together going down the lane. This ball isn't the strongest in the bag. I compared this to the Zing! Hybrid. This ball is about 2 and 1 right of that ball in comparison while I was able to play closer yo the track area. I was impressed with the easy length and backend motion. I see this as a ball to use on pattern distances ranging from 37' to 40' as long as the volume is not too high. As with any pearl ball with a polished surface, there is sensitivity to oil. Using this in the later games of league or if the bowler has slower ball speed is ideal. This ball stores energy for the backend with good pocket entry angle. Check out the Radical bowling website for more information.

The Alias is a unique ball with the drilling options offered. I chose to drill this a little aggressive than normal opting away from the symmetrical option. The reaction I got was a ball that stores energy for the back end but can handle plenty of oil. I gave this one a fresh 1000 pad to handle long patterns. I used this on Statue of Liberty and had success with it. It’s always good to have one ball in the bag with some surface especially if you’re a tournament bowler.

Review:
I was in awe of the hitting power of this ball. It has excellent pick up in the mid-lane due to the core and cover combo. You can't beat a reaction like that for it's price-point. This ball reads the lane nicely and fits well for lanes with medium to high-medium volumes of oil. I see myself taking this one out of my bag quite often. Many times it's not how much the ball hooks but where it hooks. Compared to the Legion Solid, which was super smooth, the Cyborg is roughly 5 and 2 left. This will be a great tournament ball for flatter patterns and straighter lines. EBI is making great bowling balls and if you're not drilling any of them, you're missing out. This is another fantastic piece here.

Review:
Just like the Cyborg, I was in awe of the hitting power of the new Cybrog pearl. This ball is clean thru the front with a strong move on the back end. When the Cyborg is reading/moving too early on you, reach for this one to combat the transition. Once again, you can't beat a reaction like that for it's price-point. This ball has good entry angle and I'm totally fine with the color combos used. This is definitely a ball that will fit into everyone's arsenal. Compared to the Cybirg, this is roughly 3/2 and 1 left due to more movement downlane.

The Heat is a nice piece that fits in the bag when the heads gets toasty. I drilled the pin out. With this layout, the ball provides decent length with a smooth arc to the pocket. The move on the back end is moderate. I see better reaction on lighter - medium volumes. The Heat wouldn't be a good choice for higher volumes as there are better options, unless you've got monster revs.

For the price point, you cannot go wrong with the new Ultra Violet Heat. This ball handles medium oil quite well with plenty of movement in the backend. Add the popular dynamicore hitting power and you've got great value at this price-point. This is a ball that doesn't overreact but certainly is predictable; yet retains enough energy especially when you want to keep those angles in front of you. This ball is impressive nonetheless and a must in your bag. Be sure to checkout the trackbowling website for more information.

I was impressed with this ball. For the price point, it has great value and excellent hitting power. I went with placing the pin over the bridge with the cg on my centerline with a tiny balance hole on my axis. It handles oil quite well with plenty of movement in the backend. This is a ball that doesn't overreact but retains enough energy even though the core is not super strong. This Heat X-Treme will travel with me wherever I go. This is another excellent piece from Track and EBI.

The Kinetic Black Ice is quite similar to its predecessors; the Titanium and Emerald. It is clean thru the front and stores energy very well. I believe the best lane patterns for this ball will be the medium to light volume variety including broken down house. I do see using this ball more-so on patterns in the 38 to 41 foot range when more friction inside would be encountered. I have mine drilled pin over the bridge with the MB near thumb: 60 x 5.00 x 40. Compared to the Titanium, this ball has a touch more pop in the backend. At times the Titanium lacked the oomph when encountering carrydown. This model handles it very well due the QR-7 (Quick Response) Pearl versus DR-7 Pearl (Delayed Response). Be sure to check out the Track Bowling website for more information.

This ball is clean thru the front and stores energy very well. It reminds me of the Legion except that this has more kick due to the updated cover. I found the best lane patterns for this ball were the medium to light variety. It would be a bit squirly on the fresh. I do see using this ball moreso on patterns in the 38 to 41 foot range when more friction inside would be encountered. That is where I experience optimal carry with this pin up over the bridge drilling. With the Out of box surface; if you're looking for a ball to clear the fronts; this is it.

This one I drilled identical to my Kinetic Emerald since I loved the reaction the Emerald gave me. Compareed to the Emerald, the Ruby is definitely earlier and able to handle more oil in the heads. This ball is still clean thru the front and stores energy very well. I found the best lane patterns for this ball on the medium to heavy variety, when the Emerlad would skid too far, or when a would be a bit squirly on the fresh. I see using this ball on a variety of medium patterns and distances. There are better options for high volume and long distances. With the Out of box surface; this ball is stores energy and hits well. Great tournament ball to have in the bag.

The Track Logix is a great combination of smoothness and strength combined in one. Expect a clean reaction with continuous backend. This ball has excellent hitting power. It does not overreact like other pearls do. I like that this core is now wrapped in a good pearl cover to provide a touch extra "pop". I see this ball as a benchmark ball and usable on a variety of patterns. Keep this one in your bag to help conquer difficult lanes.

This ball is stronger than it's predecessor, The Paradox. It provides that same continuous motion thru the pins and then some. For me, it works best on fresh where control is typically needed on higher volumes of oil. This one I drilled pin down since I had a lot of success with this layout in my paradox. I saw strong midlane read and powerful hit. For league it's my go to ball. The pin down is optimal on patterns where you don't want to feed it to the outside. Also a great choice for sport patterns where the angles need to be straighter.

This ball reacts harder in the backend that the original Mako. It's hits well and has excellent recovery. I'll say that it works best when there is some friction. As usual, when there is more volume or tighter backs, polished equipment tends to be touchy. This ball has strong strike power as I've seen many off hits carry. The original Mako and the Attack make a good high end combo to have in your bag. If you want to limit the backend reaction, drill one pin down and tighten up the angle. I'm enjoying throwing this line.

Review:
This ball is quite strong and provides extra continuous motion thru the pins. For me, it works best on fresh where control is typically needed on higher volumes of oil. I have two drilled up, pin down and pin up. The pin up provides more kick in the back end versus the pin down. I would say the pin up has about 2-3 more boards of hook. It gets down the lane easier of the two drillings but turns harder. For league it's my go to ball. The pin down is optimal on patterns where you don't want to feed it to the outside. A great choice for sport patterns where the angles need to be straighter. Both ball are out of box finish. I hit them with a 2000 pad on occasion to keep the surface fresh.

This ball is strong but certainly less overall hook than the original Paradox. It provides that same continuous shape with ample power through the pins. I drilled mine pin down without an extra hole. It's not a ball you want play wide angles as your carry will suffer. A great choice for sport patterns where the angles need to be straighter.

The Track paragon rolls well and recovers quite strong while providing that extra continuous motion thru the pins. For me, it works best on fresh where control is typically needed and/or on higher volumes of oil. In my opinion, this will be a great choice for sport patterns at longer distances or higher volume house shots. The cover takes surface adjustments quite well so don't be hesitant to adjust to tame that big hook a bit. Be sure to check the Track Bowling website for further information

The Track precision is an aggressive backend ball that I feel is best suited when having to open up your angles. Trust this ball and watch it recover. If you're afraid of it being too snappy, hit the cover with a 3000 pad. I found myself moving left quicker than normal as the heads began to dry up. This is due to the strength and motion this ball provides.

The Track Stealth with the final grit surface of 1500 combined with the super dense core, needs some oil up front to be effective. The core wants to stand up relatively early and get going. I love the hitting power and predictability all in one. I compare this ball to the Brunswick Black Knockout, which similar characteristics; symmetric core, black, and heavy rolling. The hitting power of this is second to none. I had quite a few off pocket hits as well. If you like to go up the boards and/or keep your angles shallow, this is the ball reaction you need in your bag. This is also a must to handle heavier volumes of
