About the Bowler
Bought the Snap Lock the first week that it came out for my son who is a high school bowler. We purchased a Pitch Blue when it was released to be a 10 pin ball and we figured the Snap Lock would his go to ball out of the gate. I’m in no way an expert on all of the bowling lingo, so I cannot tell you what the finger placement or drill pattern is. We worked with our local pro shop guy who handles many of the high schools in the area and he set it up to go long and straight and to break late. We figure with the 15 MPH average that he gets, the ball should run true on most lanes.
After drilling we rolled a test game and he shot a 205. The ball appears to have a lot of forgiveness as he was off his mark a couple of boards left or right and it still came back to true to hit the pocket and clear the lane. Even when he missed and hit head pin, the ball still came in at the correct angle to clear the lane or leave the 10 pin. Overall I believe this ball should work out well coming up this fall and I can’t wait to see how he performs compared to last season.
