OTB Terms and Conditions
OTB is a manufacturer of bowling balls that involve 360° graphics on the outside of the bowling ball.
By selecting "I Agree" from the drop down box, you are acknowledging the following:
- OTB bowling balls are made at the time of the order, not kept in stock
- OTB bowling balls take 3-4 weeks to make and ship
- OTB bowling balls have a seam that runs around the circumference of the ball due to the manufacturing process. Due to this manufacturing process the two sides of the image will not always line-up.
- OTB bowling balls may not be canceled once the order is placed
- OTB bowling balls may not be returned for any reason other than a manufacturer defect
- Expedited shipping does not effect production time. Your order will be shipped using the service method selected once it has been produced.
*If any drilling options are added, there can be up to an additional 14 days for your order to be shipped.*
