| 1. How To Enter the Sweepstakes: The Bowlingball.com Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) August 15, 2005 and ends at 11:59 PM ET December 31, 2005 (“Promotion Period”). To enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period: (1) Use the Bowlingball.com code located within the print advertisement received and visit http://www.bowlingball.com; AND (2) Insert your code and register for the promotion, including agreeing to these Official Rules. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for completing the aforementioned steps. Non-winners will not be notified. No mechanical reproductions of entries permitted. Maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person. Bowlingball.com (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. All information provided to Sponsor when registering for, and participating in, the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s then-current privacy policy located on the Bowlingball.com Site.

2. Drawing for Sweepstakes Winners: Potential Sweepstakes prize winner will be determined from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing for the winner will occur on or about January 8, 2006.

3. Prizes: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: A 6-day / 5-night trip for two (2) persons to Las Vegas, Nevada. Sweepstakes Grand Prize includes participation in the Superbowl Mini-Eliminator 2006 (February 6-12, 2006), one free Brunswick Shootout Entry, one free Brunswick top-of-the-line ball, round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s home (unless the winner lives within a reasonable driving distance to Las Vegas, NV from his/her home, as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion), deluxe double occupancy accommodations at The Orleans Hotel and Casino (one room). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000. Prize subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. No substitutions or transfers of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals and tips are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. Reservations for any trip must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice, coach class with thirty (30) days advanced notice. Blackout periods and other restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Additional restrictions may apply. Complete terms and conditions of trip will be furnished with Sweepstakes prize notification. Travel companion of Grand Prize trip winner must travel with winner on the same itinerary. In addition, travel companion of Grand Prize trip winner must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of such minor travel companion or such guest’s parent or legal guardian has co-signed a travel release. Winner and travel companion are responsible for all required travel documents. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize winner and travel companion, or the parent or legal guardian if companion is under 18 years of age, must sign a consent to Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor’s sole responsibility to a Grand Prize winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution will be provided for unawarded portion of prize. Odds of winning depend on the total amount of eligible entries received.

4. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Continental U.S., 18 years or older at the time of entry. Professional Bowlers are eligible to enter, but will not be permitted to participate in the tournament portion of the prize. You will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes if your account on the Bowlingball.com Site is not in Good Standing. In order for your account to be deemed in Good Standing as that term is used herein, you must not have a hold on your account and your account must not be suspended or past due as of December 31, 2005. Employees of Bowlingball.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

5. Prize Notification: Bowlingball.com will notify the winner by email and or mail on or about January 9, 2006. Notification will contain instructions on how to redeem the prize. If prize notification is undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, modify, or dispose of any proper names, likenesses, and photographs without further consideration or payment to the entrant online, in print, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions in all media (including and without limitation, the internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
