The USBC Rulebook now has an "app" available for mobile devices, including iPad, iPhone, Android, Kindle and more.



Now you won't have to wonder if a certain pin should be stood back up, how many frames you can miss at the start of the game before you have to take a blind, or any question you might have! Just whip your app out and be the judge!
