Official Rules For Contests & Giveaways
Terms for Giveaways
-Your participation in any Giveaway is subject to and governed by the official rules set forth here.
-Unless otherwise stated, bowlingball.com giveaways & contests are open to anyone over the age of 18 years old worldwide. Bowlingball.com employees and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win.
-Previous giveaway or contest winners are eligible to participate and/or win in future events.
-Giveaways begin and end every Monday (subject to change)
-No purchase necessary.
How To Enter
-Entrants may sign up once per week via the “Giveaway Sign Up” page. Only one entry per email will be accepted.
-By signing up for giveaway or contest, entrants consent to submitting a photo of themselves with the prize won and having their first and last name posted on social media/bowlingball.com as the selected winner of the giveaway.
Odds
-The odds of winning will vary based on the number of entries received.
Giveaway Winner Notification And Announcement
-On or within 24 hours of the giveaway or contest close, one (1) entrant will be selected at random.
-Unless noted otherwise, giveaway or contest winner will be announced publicly via social media channels and directly on bowlingball.com “Past Contest Winners” page. Winner will be contacted by way of direct message with further directions on how to claim prize. Selected winner will have ninety (90) days from initial contact date to claim prize. Failure to respond within ninety (90) days will result in forfeiture of prize.
Prize Conditions
-Selected Winner may be subject to paying sales tax on prize prior to shipment.
-Prizes are shipped only to the winner via free FedEx ground shipping to the contiguous United States. If selected winner is located outside of the contiguous United States, they will be required to pay shipping.
Social Media Disclosure
-Giveaways and contests follow the guidelines and rules of any social media channel on which the giveaways or contests are promoted. Giveaways or contests hosted by bowlingball.com are in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with the social media channel you will use to learn about or enter giveaways or contests. Entrants are providing their information to bowlingball.com during the entry process and not to social media channels. Information entrants provide will be used for conducting the specific giveaway or contest and may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
