The Mutant Cell expands on the success of the original Cell Series by introducing the Nucleus II Core. The Nucleus II Core takes the original Nucleus Core and removes mass from the axes to create a higher mass bias differential to have an earlier revving ball for heavier volumes, but still save enough energy for the backend to ensure Roto Grip's world renowned hit and carry.
