Added Price Ranges to Category Pages

I have just added the ability to narrow your search results by preset price ranges. This will be especially useful for people purchasing gifts that need to stick to a particular budget.

The current ranges are
Under $10
$10-$20
$20-$50
$50-$75
$75-$100
Over $100
