Sean Rash Wins 2019 PBA Tour Season Finale China Tiger Cup

Professional Bowler Sean Rash, a 14-time tour title winner, won the PBA China Tiger Cup held at Suzhou Tiger Bowl on November 26th, 2019. This is the first PBA event held in China in the history of the association.
Rash defeated PBA member AJ Johnson 211-194 and 227-207 making for a close championship. Rash earned $20,000 with his win and Johnson collected $10,000 as the runner up. All of the American PBA players that were invited were decided based on competition points during the 2019 FloBowling PBA Summer Tour. Among Rash and Johnson were Kyle Sherman, Tommy Jones, Bill O’Neill, Jason Sterner and Kyle Troup.
The event was seeded by a 16-player match play elimination round against nine Chinese players who competed in preliminary events.
The next PBA event will officially kick off the 2020 Go Bowling! PBA Tour season is the PBA Hall of Fame Classic in Arlington, Texas in January 2020.
