If you ask how can I regulate my bowling ball loft, there are a couple of things you can do to accomplish this technique?
First, regulate your ball speed.
Next, remain in an athletic posture from your stance to your bowling ball release position at the foul line.
Remain at the same elevation with your bowling shoulder from the floor each shot.
Focus on exiting your bowling hand from the ball at the shoelaces of your sliding step each shot.
Avoid decelerating your follow through you you launch the ball with the same force over the foul line every time.
Avoid rotating your bowling fingers trying to hook the ball before your ball reaches the bottom of your forward swing arc.
Normally, the range of loft beyond the foul line varies from 4” to 6” to perhaps as far as three feet with some bowlers actually lofting the ball slightly further than 3 feet.
It is best to settle on one loft distance with only a few inches of variation so you develop a consistent release motion and so your ball speed does not vary too much.
Consistent ball speed and loft distance are a package which leads to developing improved accuracy in shotmaking.
