
What is Your Return Policy?
We have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. All non defective returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the return to our warehouse. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Shoes must be tried on to check size on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE. If shoes are not returned/received in new and unused condition they will not be accepted for exchange/return.
How Do I Submit a Manufacturer Warranty Return?
If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - continental US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com. Drilling charges are not reimbursable. If your ball was drilled by bowlingball.com using our professional drilling services your new ball will be drilled free of charge as part of our warranty replacement. Manufacturer warranty claims can take up to 14 business days for approval.
How Do I Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item Received?
If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps:
- Email us at support@bowlingball.com with a description of the damage and photos of the ball (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
- If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 888-265-2695 and leave a voice mail message.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if product is defective or damaged.

Once received at our warehouse, we will inspect your item and ship you a replacement, if available, free of charge. If there is no replacement available, we will issue a credit equal to the purchase price.
How Do I Submit a Sure Fit Plan Return?

If your shoes do not fit and you have purchased the Sure Fit Plan, we will issue a shipping label for you to ship the shoes to us free of charge. We will ship you (free of charge-Continental US only) a new pair of shoes to replace the ones that do not fit. If the original shoes are no longer available in the size you need, we will contact you to choose another pair of shoes. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Shoes must be tried on to check size on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE. If shoes are not returned/received in new and unused condition they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Sure Fit claims must be placed within 7 days after delivery of the shoes. There is a limit of one (1) return per purchase, after which you will be responsible for shipping charges.
How Do I Submit an Extended Warranty Plus Return?
To use an Extended Warranty Plus return, please contact our customer service representitives via Live Support, email at support@bowlingball.com, or by phone at 386-274-3100. Once we receive your request to use your Extended Warranty Plus, we will issue a UPS call tag via email to allow you to send your product back at no cost to you. Once received back at our warehouse, we will inspect your product and file the claim. Once the claim has been processed, we will exchange your product for the same item and ship the new product to you free of charge. If the original product is no longer available, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid on your next purchase.
How Do I Submit Sure Grip Plan Exchanges?
