I've had this bag for about a year and a half now and I've got to say it's not a well made bag, 2 months into owning this bag the sliding handle restraint broke(It's made of brittle PLASTIC), now everytime I pull the handle out to drag the bag it just slides all the way out, a month later the axle cap on one of the wheels came off and as for the ball compartment area goes there's almost no padding especially between each ball, this is due to the flimsy velcro pad inserts that never stay in place. I've seen some of my fellow league bowlers ball bags & all of them are better made than this one.

This bag is garbage! Had it only a few weeks (meaning I took the bag out 4-6 times) and the handle slid all the way out. Never worked right since then. You can't completely extend the handle without it lockup up on one side or coming all the way out, or jamming so you can't even move it. Now the corner stitching on the bag is coming about and the plastic sheeting is sliding out. I've sent emails to KR explaining the problem since it does have a 5 yr. warranty and haven't heard anything. Inner padding sucks as well. It's attached with velcro so your balls move around alot. i This bag was not purchased on this site. Buy this bag if you want to be ripped off.

This bag is no good, PERIOD!!!!!!! In 3 months I have had 3 replacements. The first one all the stitching around the zipper came out so you couldnt zip the bag closed. Proshop gave me another one. The second one, the fabric came loose from the frame so I had to hole in the bag and everytime I tried to roll the bag the last ball by the wheels was sticking out of the whole. Proshop gave me another one. So far this one has no issue (knock on wood) & the only reason why I keep replacing it with the same thing is my proshop doesn't have anything else in the shop right now and I need a bag to roll my stuff around.

I would not purchase this bag unless you want to keep replacing it.

Don't buy this bag. The stitching on the first bag came undone but the pro shop that I bought it from replaced it on the spot so I didn't have to deal with KR. After a year the handle is wobbly and the plastic feet on the bottom of the bag don't seem to sit right when the bag is upright. The fabric on the bottom of the bag and around the zipper is worn and frayed and the THIN foam on the bottom of the ball compartment is torn. Finally, the Velcro dividers seem to come undone frequently and don't hold the balls securely.
