Roto Grip Uproar Reviewed By: Jeremy Hunt 04/08/2014 13:05 ( stars)

I am not typically one of these guys who sees a ball on TV and run and drill one the next day but I must say after watching Belmo and Malott throw this ball on TV I was very intrigued. So that got my attention. Before drilling an Uproar I drilled several for customers and they were very happy with the performance so I drilled one for myself and the Uproar did not disappoint ! I went with a little stronger pin placement than normal on this Uproar because of my high ball speed and this being a higher RG ball I didn\\\'t want it to be way to long and change directions to quick. The Uproar is a very unique motion for me. Typically high RG pearls are not something I would use very often with my high ball speed but the Uproar is a lot more versatile than most pearls. I got great length with a nice predictable continuous move at the breakpoint without being super flippy which makes the Uproar a ball that could be used as a benchmark type ball. I found that I could use this Uproar on a wider variety of lane conditions than most pearl balls. I have not tried an Uproar yet with any surface but I can tell this ball would be even more controllable and predictable with a little surface.
