I was looking for a ball for dry lanes. This one is perfect for that use case. Going down to 2000 Abralon, it allows also to play good results on short oil patterns.
I took the drilling for skid/flip with the pin over the ringfinger.
It saves the energy well, even if there is not much oil left in front of the lane, and shows a very impressive back end reaction with a strong hook.
In comparison to the Vibe Blue, that I played before, it goes longer and more consistent, but hits the pins with the same power.
If you are starting with a hook, this ball is a very good choice, as long as you play at a repeatable speed. It goes very strong through the pins and allows you to play good results on a wide range of lines and break points.
Another advantage of this ball is the very fair price point. You'll get very much ball for small money.
