What I Was Looking For In This Ball Layout:
Judging completely off the surface of this ball, I expected it to get very long. Pearl and Polished Ebonite bowling balls have always allowed me to hit up on the ball as much as I want without the fear of it hooking too soon. The sanding process creates a smooth surface which really helps the ball store up the energy for the friction on the backend.
What I Ended Up With in the Ball and Layout:
I got exactly what I was looking for with this ball. The Signals really allowed me to play a variety of lines and it gives me the ability to stay in the dry longer without hooking up early.
Many people talk about how clean the ball is through the heads. This ball creates completely effortless length even with my higher than average rev rate. Given how much length it gives and that it is asymmetric, it still wasn't super jumpy off the spot. It still had a nice and controllable reaction. This alone sets it apart from any other pearl and polished asymmetric ball on the market.
