About the Bowler
Bowling Hand    Right Handed
League Average    219
Ball Speed    Medium
Style    Tweener
PAP    5 1/4" right 1/8" up

I drilled my Defiant 4 x 4 x 1, 4" pin to PAP, 4"PSA to PAP and 1"pin buffer to VAL.It has a 3/4" balance hole 5"right of grip center.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how easily this matte finished ball got through the heads to the mid lane. The ball read and reacted very nicely in the midlane, started revving up and changing direction. By the time it hit the backend it was in 3rd gear, very smoothly but also strong and continuous. Not too snappy, but smooth, angular and continuous. on the back end the micro bite shell is grabbing hard. I would say this ball deflects less and rolls harder than any thing. This combination gives me better carry than anything I can remember. i carry a few more 10 pins per night than I did before, this keeps those strings alive and improves scores.
If I had to compare it to a previous ball Its like a combination of the Epic and the Quest but revs up a little better.
The only negative quality is it starts to burn up when the head oil starts to disipate and that can be remedied by higher grit Abralon. This is a must for medium to heavy oil, and tournament bowlers.
