This ball hits like a truck, and just keeps on going!
I bought this ball to use in area tournaments where the oil pattern is long, wide, and heavy, and it reacts just as I expected it to, if not even stronger! I had it drilled out with the pin below my fingers and the PAP 3 inches out so as to complement my Cell and Cell Pearl. It does it perfectly. If I miss in, it holds the oil and breaks at the right spot to crush the pocket. If I miss right, it turns left on a dime and drives through the pocket.
If I have any faults with this ball, it is that it is way too much ball for a league shot with freshly stripped back ends, but then again, I did not buy this ball for those conditions. Through the years I have purchased and used probably 16 - 20 balls, but since discovering the Crown Line by Roto-Grip I will not buy balls by any other manufacturer.
My specs: Rt handed, bowl 3 nights a week, ball speed approximately 16.8 mph, bowling style is tweener, leaning more towards spinner, average 210.
I would recommend the Roto-Grip Crown Line to any bowler who is serious about raising their game to the next level. God bless and good kegaling to all!
