Theory Review - Ron Case (RotoGrip Staff)

My Axis is 5 5/8 right, ¼ up, my speed is average and I would consider myself with higher revs but more up the back. So not a cranker but not really straight either.

Drilled using dual angle 50° x 4 ½ x 40° with no hole.

First threw this ball in box condition. It worked well if you kept it in the oil as long as possible or if you bumped the dry and let it hook and stop it worked well. Then I tried it with polish and it was awesome. I seemed to have room on both sides of my target and the carry was unreal. I could slow hook it or go hard and straight and it just struck like crazy!

My first try in league with it polished was on the USBC Blue Pattern 1 and I went 247, 257 then we moved pairs and I went 257, 257, so I had 804 for the first 3 and 1061 for 4. The next night in a different center I went 279, 258, 277 for 814. The following weekend I bowled in a tournament where the first 3 games was a 5 man team and I shot 260, 266, 268 for 794 and then the next 4 games was a 4 man tournament and I shot 269, 255, 267, 255 for 1046 with only the Theory!

I would say for me this ball shined is a little longer and stronger than the Pearl Mutant Cell and dull it is earlier and stronger.
Might have to get another so I can have both surfaces ready at all times!
