This is the ball for tough lanes it gets into a strong roll with a
controlled back end. Also it is Particle ball so in oil it will not
stop.So order soon this will not last.

I have to say that this ball hooks a lot more than I had expected out of the box! I love the movement that Storm equipment gives me, and this is no exception. Great ball for those oilier conditions, provides great hook in the backend.

Threw this ball for a few weeks now, very impressed with it. Out hooks my old Black Widow that I have. Works really good in oil, and hits the pins hard too.

Wow this ball is awesome! I'm a die hard Storm bowler and their overseas balls totally rock! I love this ball, it compares to my original Shift, but works on heavier oil. Great ball!

Left the out of the box finish, 2000 Abralon. Ball had 4” pin and 2.70oz top weight. I drilled it up using a modified RICO layout, please understand if you do not have a lot of speed or an extreme amount of revs on the ball with this layout you will have a hard time keeping it on the lane, I drilled it this way for a specific pattern, not the THS. This ball ended up with just shy of the legal 1oz side weight, and zero once thumb/finger.
What I expected this ball and layout to do was rev up early, flip early and make a strong move in the oil. Mainly wanted it for longer flatter patterns.
What I ended up with was a very controlled predicable roll. The ball would rev up and flip a little past mid lane, then it would make an arching turn towards the hole. It was not a jumpy move to the pocket like a skid-flip ball, this was much more controllable move. However, it didn’t leave much room for error, if I went inside by 1 board it went way high, 1 board outside the ball would hit way light. Now when I hit my mark the ball hit the pocket hard, kept the pins low and carried everything, 3 game set was a 212, 239 and a 278 for a 729, not bad for out of the box 3 game set. I would recommend this ball to anyone that is looking for an earlier stronger roll for a THS, just not his layout for THS, again requires a high ball speed.

I got this ball in Feb of 09 and drilled it somewhat aggresive so I had a ball with good mid lane read. The storm ball didnt fail as usual, this ball reads the lane well and hits like a ton of bricks. I use it more for sport shots than any thing and it works wonders. If ur looking for a ball that reacts like a solid but is polished then his is the ball of choice.

I got much more than I was expecting with the Storm Mighty Shift. It really ate through the oil like it wasn't there. I have trouble my first game and have tried every ball with so many different lay outs. I saw one of these in my league and couldn't find it any where. Thanks to google and bowlingball.com I found one here. Great delivery time. Well my problems with the first game are behind me this ball solved the problem.

good ball, not the best one, but good control on the lanes, is not a monster but u can use this for med oil to light oil, this shift is ok, if u dont a monster and one control on the lanes, try this one.

I'm giving this a 4 because I can only seem to throw this on the heavier patterns. I bowl left handed and most of the time I do not need a ball this aggressive. I did get a chance to throw this in a few tournaments, and when I can use it, it definitely works great. It's a must have in the bag.
