Shock & Awe, what is it you ask? Designed with angularity in mind....... Vanguard Core Technology will once again raise the bar to a "whole" new level. With the addition of a dense lower torque cap to help generate sudden changes in direction, and by surrounding it with our new Performance Pearl Reactive cover; we have designed a ball that will quite simply leave the competition in Shock & Awe.

The Perfect Scale™: Helping Bowlers Make Better Decisions. Because each manufacturer uses a different method for indicating a ball's hook potential, bowlingball.com developed a way for the consumer to compare bowling balls across all manufacturers.

3.2oz top - 3-4" pin - OOB finish

Drilled custom. Pin about 1:30 position slightly above and right of ring finger. CG just kicked out to the right of palm. pin is just over 3" from PAP and CG is Just over 2.5 i believe. MB about 1.5" or so right of thumb hole. Balance hole directly on PAP.

Basically the way this is laid out, with the top weight and pin placement, it has an absolutely incredible amount of length with a very sharp breakpoint. When the ball takes off it moves quick and HARD...REALLY HARD! There is such a sudden change of direction...it looks like it's headed to the gutter and then it's in the pocket. The ball has no mercy, it simply blows all the pins right off the deck on a solid hit. On a light hit they scatter with authority. As a result you meed to make sure you reach down the lane. If you shortarm this ball you will regret it.

The ball can handle a wide variety of conditions and angles into the pocket. Straight down 2nd arrow holds a line to the pocket, yet corner to 4th arrow to 10 board will still break back to the pocket. a Very versatile piece of equipment. In 8 games so far I've only left 3 tenpins.

Overall, a great ball from Mo and I look forward to seeing what the Awesome Flip can do!

The Morich Shock & Awe bowling ball hooks way more than indicated on this site. The thing snaps like nothing I have ever seen in the backend. I was looking for a dry lane ball and this isn't it. However, if you want a big hooking skid snap ball for a low price, this is it.

Amazing ball. When i first got this ball, It was ridiculously strong on the backend. Sometimes, a little too strong. So after I decided it was too much for me too handle, I decided to put it away for a while. I brought it back for a while and found that it was nowhere near the same. It seemed to have lost the snap it had. However, after I made some adjustments in my bowling style, I had it back to its original form and has now become my main ball. MoRich is a great company. Highly recommend them.

I got the Morich Shock & Awe bowling ball drilled today I bowled five games and my lowest game was a 214. My high game was a 290; My three game series was a 792. This balls carry is awesome and is very smooth and predictable once you find a spot to throw it. You know you are gonna carry well with a solid pocket hit.
