SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

We ship primarily via UPS and cannot ship to PO Boxes. We use a variety of shipping methods and carriers. Your shipping cost is based on total weight. To view the shipping cost for a particular item(s):

  1. Add item(s) to your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to check out. (Payment is not required to see your shipping charges)
  3. The secure order form will appear, enter in just your Country and Zip Code.
  4. A drop down menu will show shipping charges for the appropriate options for your region.

SHIPPING TO APO's:

We do ship to military personnell via the United States Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (including CANADA):

For International Customers we accept many forms of Payment. Google Checkout is the preferred method for payment. We do accept others (with exceptions) such as Mastercard, Visa, Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, and PayPal.

Google Checkout is an extremely easy way for International Customers to pay with their credit card
To pay with your MasterCard and VISA through our checkout, the credit card must be enrolled in MasterCard Secure Code or Verified By VISA, respectfully. You will receive an error if you can not use your credit card during checkout.

For Canada and the United Kingdom we also accept Paypal payments made by verified paypal users. (You must be verified and have a confirmed address with Paypal in order for us to receive a payment).

We accept cashiers checks and wire transfers from all countries. Once your order is complete you will receive payment instructions for completing your payment.

Orders will not be subject to broker fees, but may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the home country. (As a business located in the United States, we are not willing to put our business in jeopardy by stating that this package is a gift to get around duties and taxes. Please do not ask.)

We will only ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited (NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE).

How to calculate your shipping charges.

It is easy to figure out the shipping costs at bowlingball.com.
  1. Shipping depends on weight, so you need to add the item(s) that you want to your shopping cart.
  2. When you have all the items in your cart, choose Checkout. You will not have to enter payment to see your shipping charges.
  3. Enter your Email, Postal Code, and (most importantly) Choose your Country, the shipping options drop down box will automatically show the valid shipping options for your country.
You do not need to "complete" the process in order to see the charges.
