Return

We have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. If you return a product that is NOT defective and will NOT be purchasing another product there is a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the return to our warehouse. On items marked "Free Shipping", you will be refunded the purchase price less the original shipping and insurance that would have applied to the item(s) if there were shipping. The 15% restocking fee will still be deducted from this amount on orders that apply. The initial shipping cost paid will not be refunded. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.


Exchange

We have a 30 day exchange policy from date of delivery. If you would like to exchange a product that is NOT defective for a different product, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance to our warehouse. Any differences in price and shipping charges will be charged or credited accordingly. "FREE SHIPPING" only applies to new orders, not exchanges. On items marked "Free Shipping", there will be a 15% charge for the initial shipment. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.


Manufacturer Warranty Claims

If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com. Drilling charges are not reimbursable.


Extended Warranty Plus

If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim and you have purchased the Extended Warranty Plus, we will issue a shipping label for you to ship the product to us free of charge. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge-Continental US only) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com. Sure Fit Plan

[-Make a Sure Fit Plan exchange-]

If your shoes do not fit and you have purchased the Sure Fit Plan, we will issue a shipping label for you to ship the shoes to us free of charge. We will ship you (free of charge-Continental US only) a new pair of shoes to replace the ones that do not fit. If the original shoes are no longer available in the size you need, we will contact you to choose another pair of shoes. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with bowlingball.com. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. There is a limit of one(1) return per purchase, after which you will be responsible for shipping charges.


Incorrect Item Received

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at 386-274-5685 and leave a voice mail message or send us a message at support@bowlingball.com. When you contact us, please refer to your order number.


Damaged Item Received

If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps.

  • Email us at images@bowlingball.com with a description of the damage and photos of the ball (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
  • If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 386-274-5685 and leave a voice mail message.
