How Do I Change My Order?
Updating/changing your order is very simple. You can either:

Where's My Stuff?
You may check your order status 24 hours a day online at our Order Status page. If you have forgotten your Order Number, just enter your email address and another identifiable piece of information.
How to Place an Order Via Phone
To place an order via the telephone, please call our order line at (888)265-2695 between the hours of 8AM and 4:30PM EST. Place order will be prompt 1. Thank you.
