How Much is Shipping?
bowlingball.com ships worldwide through UPS and U.S.P.S.
If your order is being shipped within the contiguous United States (AKA lower 48), then the Standard Shipping option is FREE.
Other shipping locations are based on destination and the weight of the product. We also offer expedited shipping options to ensure your package will arrive within your desired timeframe.
To determine your shipping costs:

- Proceed through to checkout
- You will get to our secure order form
- From here you will find our shipping options. Make sure to choose your Country and Postal Code (if applicable) to get correct shipping options.
When Will My Order Ship?
bowlingball.com is passionate about filling customer orders. We constantly print new orders and ship as quickly as we can while maintaining accuracy.
Our guarantee is that all orders placed before 4:00pm Eastern time on business days will ship out on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm will ship out the next business day. Business days are considered any day that UPS offers pickup service from our facility.
Where's My Stuff?
You may check your order status 24 hours a day online at http://www.bowlingball.com/orderstatus.php. If you have forgotten your Order Number, just enter your email address and another identifiable piece of information.
How Do I Track My Package?
You can track your package very easily by checking the order status. If your order has shipped, the tracking information will be located at the bottom of the detail screen. There will be a link for you to click on to track the package.
Do You Ship Internationally?
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (including CANADA):
For International Customers we accept many forms of Payment. Google Checkout is the preferred method for payment. We do accept others (with exceptions) such as Mastercard, Visa, Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, and PayPal.
Google Checkout is an extremely easy way for International Customers to pay with their credit card
To pay with your MasterCard and VISA through our checkout, the credit card must be enrolled in MasterCard Secure Code or Verified By VISA, respectfully. You will receive an error if you can not use your credit card during checkout.
For Canada and the United Kingdom we also accept Paypal payments made by verified paypal users. (You must be verified and have a confirmed address with Paypal in order for us to receive a payment).
We accept cashiers checks and wire transfers from all countries. Once your order is complete you will receive payment instructions for completing your payment.
Orders will not be subject to broker fees, but may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the home country. (As a business located in the United States, we are not willing to put our business in jeopardy by stating that this package is a gift to get around duties and taxes. Please do not ask.)
Orders returned to us have two options. 1) You pay the shipping charges again and we will reship the product to you. 2) We will refund your money paid minus the shipping charges paid. If you return a product that is NOT defective and will NOT be purchasing another product there is a 15% restocking fee.
We will only ship via USPS or UPS Worldwide Expedited (NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE).

- Shipping depends on weight, so you need to add the item(s) that you want to your shopping cart.
- When you have all the items in your cart, choose Checkout. You will not have to enter payment to see your shipping charges.
- Enter your Email, Postal Code, and (most importantly) Choose your Country, the shipping options drop down box will automatically show the valid shipping options for your country.
You do not need to \"complete\" the process in order to see the charges.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes. We do ship to APO and FPO addresses through the U.S. Postal Service. You will need to choose that option during checkout.
