The idea is good but the large pastic piece is bulky and can get in the way. The positives about it are that it is more flexibe than other products that are like this one. It dried fast so therefore it should prevent the horrible odors that others have a tendency to get. It should come in several sizes as the one that was shipped to me is a little small but it worked and I have no wrist pain.

My wrist got strained pretty bad before I got this wrist guard. Now I can't play a game without it. It does its job well and feels pretty comfortable too. The band can get a little tight, but the Velcro doesnt only attach at one spot so it can accommodate any sized bowler.

I got one because by the end of the nite of league bowling was wrist was sore. So i decide to try one the following week. It did the job my wrist was not sore after the league was nite was done. So if you are have wrist problems I would recommend this for you
