This ball was ok for a 3-Piece had it drilled for max length, and it was an ok spare ball and dry oil ball, but the ebonite tornado series would make a great entr level ball as somones first reactive

I started bowling at age 7 and now I'm 17 and I bought this ball about 4 years ago as my first reactive ball and I couldn't be happier. I still throw a straight ball with a slower speed but it has an awesome punch in the pocket. I average about 160 with this ball and that's pretty good for a straight ball thrower. I bowl on average house lanes and I love this ball because it hits with so much power. I recommend this ball to anybody because I am learning to throw a hook and it seems to work great for that too.

The Ebonite Tornado Black Sparkle bowling ball was my first bowling ball purchase. It's built with reactive resin so out of the box it hit hard and hooked hard. When oil conditions carry down or are heavy it really has no bite, maybe unless you sand it down, but out of the box it does not hook a lot. A good beginner ball for people looking for a easy controllable hook.

I can't be more satisfied with the Ebonite Tornado Black Sparkle bowling ball. This is my first ball and I was amazed by its performance and grip for the price I paid. I'm not a pro and not quite far from being it. Bowling is a hobby for me and now my average dramatically increased the first time I used it. I can't wait no more to use it again.
