I know this is a plastic ball, but it has worked wonders for me. I just recently got into bowling because my youngest son, 8 years old is a soon to be great bowler. I bought this ball just to have my own, since using it I am developing a hook with the ball and will be getting the Ebonite Raid next. This ball is built for dry lanes but the lanes I bowl at have medium oil on the floor and this ball for the most part does exactly what I need it to do. My high game with this ball is a 210 and have beat league bowlers with this ball. I am working on my hook and this time next month the RAID will be in the arsenal and I will be taking on all challengers. Overall great entry level ball.

Perfect spare ball even on dry lanes this ball doesn't move much at all. It is my favorite spare ball I have used, never in my life have I felt so comfortable leaving a spare. Great ball for the cheap price.

I love this ball. I am a beginner bowler and my first game with this ball was a 165 (my highest score ever). This ball goes where you throw it, it is a TRUE straight ball. I'd reccomend this mainly for beginners or for use as a spare ball. GREAT BALL!!!!

About the Bowler

This is a great spare/begginer ball. I got this when I first started bowling and it is now my spare ball. It has very liitle hook which is great for begginers throwing straight balls and for a hook thrower like myself as a spare ball.

Bought this ball 10 years ago as my beginner ball. After about 2 years, it became my spare ball, but i had not forgotten its power. Sure its plastic, but on dry or light lanes, this thing will hook and hit like a truck!

for $50, you get a great spare ball, one that will hold up (mine has for 10 years now) plus a strike ball for dry lanes. I will admit its carry or reaction isnt as consistent as a more expensive reactive ball, but i can't take points off as its plastic, and not made for hooking it.

Overall, an amazing beginner ball/spare ball
