These shoes are one of the best I have ever bought. When I need to slide all I do is change the slides and their easy to do. At the end of last year I had a 190 Avg. already 4 weeks into league I have a 224 avg. Last year I had shoes that slide on both shoes and I thought it was going to be really tough to change, but it sure wasn't. If your looking for great shoes I would get these in a heart beat.
