It's always good to have a spare.
And with Target Zones being so affordable, you can! Just pick your favorite color. Or two ... Or three.

Brunswick T Zone Charcoal/Gold/White Reviewed by: bowlingden 07/01/2009 02:47

I really hook my ball (BVP Punisher) and so I get about 4-6 strikes per game, but my average hovers around 150 because I couldn't finish off the spares, especially the 10 pin. So depending how the spare leaves were for a game, my score ranged dramatically from low 100's to high 180's. So a couple weeks ago I decided to put down the extra cash for the T Zone to help pick up my spares. Bammm! Immediate results, the nasty 10 pin I leave were finally falling (although I still miss a few as I'm still working on the accuracy) and my consistency has gone up. Last week I got my first 200 game in about 2 years and last night my score consistently hovered above 170 for 3 games something I don't think I've ever done. For all of those of you like me in the 150's, spending more money for a powerful strike ball might work, but a quick frugal, way of getting your average up quickly is to pick up those spares with a nice plastic straight ball such as the T-Zone. By the way get the red/black, the gold/white I got didn't look as pretty on the picture IMHO.

I have to say this ball is definitely an A+. Yeah, spare balls go straight, but I mean this design looks pretty cool to me. I have to say all the beginner performance balls made by Brunswick are the best around. They make it so affordable and they are really good to roll down the lanes with. Soon, I am getting this ball. Can't wait. Together, I will have this ball, a power groove reactive, and a Rogue.

I love this ball, but what can I say... It's a plastic ball. They are pretty much all the same. I needed a spare ball, and I ended up with this one. It looks good going down the lane. So what else could you ask for.

This tzone ball is amazing... My friends laugh at me for getting a Tzone for a spare ball but I have 15 more pins to my average now and they have 5 less because they use zone balls which hook too much to shoot spares.
