I am a 67 year old league bowler and use a finger tip grip. This wrist support keeps my wrist and forearm in alignment better than any I have ever owned. I find that my release is more consistent and my accuracy to my mark has increased. I highly recommend the Storm Forecast.
Just starting bowling after a 35 year layoff and experienced pain in my wrist and forearm which is why I bought this support. It does give the ball a nice hook but it was too hard to control and i missed a lot of spares especially right side as i am right handed. Also i couldn't get a good grip and had to slow down the speed. Bottom line the wrist and arm pain has diminished and I no longer use the support.
