I got exactly what i wanted from this ball. I throw a Complete NV for a strike shot on heavy oil, and after that gets to be too strong this ball can start on a battered oil pattern like its nothing. Comparing The complete NV on heavy oil and the Bash on a pattern that is drying up, shooting the same line, The bash has an immense back end, and often surprises me the way it recovers. On heavily oiled wood lanes the CNV gets the same reaction. These two compliment each other wonderfully.

What I was looking for.

A ball that would go longer and still cut in to the pocket hard

Drilled ball to go 8Long (Ebonite Scale 1-10) Break 7 and curve potential 7.5

I got very close to what I was looking for. The ball gets long and comes in very hard. However the break tends to happen sonner than I had hopped. Was lokkin to trhough the bal from the 2l Arror out to the 10 board however this creats a brokly shoot 9 times out of ten. To get the pocket shot I have to shoot from the 1l arrow out to the 5 board.

Using the ebonite drilling instructions left me out of a good mid oil ball it should be noted though that I dont have alot of ball speed only 14mph it seems the harder I pushit the more it acts as I would have expected. Also not this is only a 12lbs ball. Take not if you have slow ball speed and are looking for more length drill the ball with the maximum length layout the hook number should be increased by a factor of 1 for every MPH below 19 for thier printed instructions.

Over all this ball is a great striker on medium to heavy conditions with my ball speed and weight. After Finding my spot I can count on this ball to create a alot of pin action.

Not for readers my Ball speed is between 12.5 to 14mph and my rev rate is medium around 250 rpm. Keep your own stats in mind when viewing this balls potential from my point of view.

The Bash is the straightest ball with a weight block that I have ever seen. The ball will work great if you bowl in a center that does not use much oil, has older lanes, has wood lanes, or if you are looking for a ball that will work on either a second shift league or a late in the block tournament ball.
