There are not enough superlatives to describe this ball. With 4.2oz top and a 5 inch pin, the ball allowed for some unusual layouts. Taking out some of the thumb weight and putting the pin above the ring finger allows the ball to go long and make hard left turns. It hits like a mack truck, though I have left a boatload of eight and nine pins, the corners are gone. I polished the ball after drilling. I am a 228 average bowler playing a house shot on synthetic lanes. Out of the gate, shot 754. Never changed balls, just moved a few boards left and let it rip. The Brunswick PBA Inferno Black/White bowling ball now ranks among my favorites in my vast arsenal.

About the Bowler
Bowling Hand    Right Handed
Experience    Advanced (I have bowled in a league)
League Average    198
Sport Shot Average    185
Ball Speed    Fast
Style    Cranker
PAP    4 7/8" right 1/2" up

Average: 223
Style: 2-handed cranker

For me bowling two handed, its hard to find a ball that I can get to work with my style. I normally play pretty straight with a ton of revs to just crush on the back end, and this ball works well. This is the type of ball you can crank and you know it is going to come back and crush the pocket. The only thing I see wrong with this ball is that when you miss...you know it. If you miss left, you're going to leave something ugly...miss right, and its a guaranteed wash-out. If you are a fan of the inferno series, or just thinking about trying a ball that is fairly aggressive but has decent carry down on the lanes, I highly recommend this ball.
