i've had this ball for about 2 years and it has performed well. very good ball for kids just learning how to hook the ball. i just started to hook the ball 2 years ago when i got it. After a while though, it starts to rev further down the lane then it should and misses the pocket.works well on medium/dry lanes, bad on heavily oiled lanes. very good ball when new, but over time starrts to rev too late. i would recommend it for kids starting to throw a hook.

The Scout Reactive is the ideal ball for rookies. If you start playing a hook - take this ball (!)
If you are an experienced bowler, there is no need to have it - except, you are a high rev bowler and need a good ball for a very dry lane.
On heavy oil, you could also use it as a spare ball, but there are cheaper balls for this use case.
This ball may be also interesting for experienced seniors, that play very slow.
