I have used the Brunswick Impulse Zone bowling ball for half a year now and it is a very consistent ball. It gives you room for error and is good on the backend. It crashes the pocket if flush in the pocket, it also gives plenty of pin action on the light hits.

i have only been bowling with this ball for a day but i already love it. It is consistent about hitting the pocket if you throw it right i think this is a great beginner bowl

the bottom line is i would recommend this ball to a friend

Picked up the Brunswick Impulse Zone bowling ball about a year ago, and finally just had it drilled. And I'm kicking myself for waiting so long.
I have only used it so far in practice, and only a few games because I am getting more play out of my other two Infernos. But this is definitely a great ball.
The Impulse Zone is a great compliment to my Classic Zone. The Classic Zone is a pearl ball, the Impulse is a pearl particle. I have the two drilled identically, and the Impulse is a much stronger ball.
I also like the idea that the two Zones have asymmetric cores, while the two Infernos have symmetric cores. I feel this gives me some good choices.
I round this out with my Target Zone for spares and my Violet Quantum, for those night when nothing else works.
Everything in my bag is Brunswick now. Makes me think I should also be looking at the Vapor Zone and Radical Inferno.

I have been bowling with Brunswick bowling balls since 1999 and I love Brunswick, but the Brunswick Impulse Zone bowling ball is by far one of the worst bowling balls that I have ever bowled with. Unlike every other Brunswick ball that I have bowled with, this is inconsistent and does not roll true to the specs. I am totally disappointed with this ball. I sold it after 5 months for just forty dollars just to get rid of it.
