My Opinion:
One of my few Hammer balls I own. I decided to pick the brick at an Ebonite international demo day. This ball can read the midlane pretty well, and finish strong in the back. My original problems with hammer is the flare, most hammer balls jump when they hit the dry. However, It can be a good thing when playing on a shot that plays outside and straight. When most balls are hitting flat and leaving corner pins, The Brick kicks corner pins when everything else isn't. Just remember, Brick is at its best on Medium to Heavy oil patterns. And adds a predictable asymmetric ball to your arsenal. Despite what you throw this is the one ball I recommend by Hammer to give a chance. EVEN IF you dislike Hammer.

I just started using the "BRICK".The best hitting ball I've used in years.I'm left handed.My flare pattern shows 6-11 each time I roll this ball.My problem was carrying /leaving the 7 or the 10 pin.For the last 6-8 years I've been a good 169-175 avg. bowler.Out of the box 231- 204- 213.I had a build-up of oil on the ball,after the second game.The oil didn't hurt my game.The ball weight is 14 4 .I love this ball.It's worth the money.I'm 64 years old.
