The bag itself is pretty solid but my shoes didn't fit in the compartment (size 12). Further, it takes some effort to get them to fit in the main compartment if you aren't using a second ball. If you're looking for a two-ball + shoes solution, look else ware unless you have small feet.
If you don't like roller bags than this is the bag for you. It is compact easy to tell what bowling balls that are in it with clear top. It is a great looking bag.
