The Turbo 2-N-1 Grips Bulldog Wrist Support Gold is the best thing since sliced bread, my game actually improved, from around 150 to the low 200's. I now have 2 Bulldogs, I am learning to bowl with my left hand so I had to get a left handed one as well. :)
I got this device on the recommendation of Lucy Sandelin, USBC silver coach. I was breaking my wrist back and didn't know it, and this serves as a reminder not to. The top part easily removes for spare shooting, where I do want some wrist break. The only drawback to it is that I'm a heavy perspirer and the dye from the leather comes off onto my wrist. Otherwise, it's great and works fine. I have my revs back that I was unaware of killing with my wrist motion before.
