I have been using MoRich for the last few years which i like very much. It was time for a new ball and tried the Scorchin' Inferno and WOW. The hook, the flip, and angle at the pocket was incredible. The ball acts exactly the way Brunswick says it will. Not a ball for a novice bowler. If you are looking for a great reacting ball through the oil, this is the bowling ball for you. Make sure you have a back up ball when the alleys start to dry up.

Before I got the Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno I was an 185 average bowler. I bowl in two leagues at two different places. It was hard for me to find a ball that had a good shot at both places because the difference in the lane conditions. The first night I bowled in league with the Scorchin Inferno I bowled a 703. And these lanes hook the most between the two and it was great. Then I bowled the next night where the lanes where more oily then the first and I stayed at the second arrow all night and bowled a 742. So it is a versatile ball with great pin action.

I used to use a Brunswick Impulse Zone until I got my Scorchin Inferno. It is a great ball with a lot of hook. It is great on oily lanes but is not the best when the lanes get dry. Over all it's by far the best bowling ball Brunswick has made.

I've had this ball for three years and I still love it. I have bowled 19 300s, the majority of which came on a sport shot, and 12 800s with this ball. Even after the factory finish wears off, the ball still hooks enough. Its not quite the almost horizontal hook that I was getting at the beginning, but its still pretty sharp and kicks out the tens pretty hard. I usually use it down and in now with a lot of speed and little hand. I have had the most success with this style with this ball. A friend of mine gets a little bit more hand in the ball than I do and he plays middle of the lane out to about 5 with it on a very heavy oil sport shot. This ball is great for advanced bowlers, but I have never seen anyone thats not already a good bowler use it, so I can't say for sure if it will improve anyone's game.

It was complete destiny that I got this ball. I actually got it OUT OF THE GARBAGE after a house bowler threw it away after a bad game. I took it out (it was sitting right on top- nothing on it) and held it behind the desk in case he came back for it the next day or something. WELL, he got 2 new balls and I got one for myself =) . The fingers were a little big, but nonetheless I still jumped from 198 - 219. This was before I vowed to stick with Hammer and is great on dry-medium lane conditions (for me anyway).

A very pleasant wake up call from Brunswick with this one. It's been a while since I've been a Brunswick fan. However, this one is amazing. The overall hook was much more than expected. The hitting power is much better than most Brunswick balls on the market. Layout: Pin is 5-1/2" from PAP, CG is 5-1/2 from PAP. Started with a pin 2' out. Top weight of 3.00 ounces. PAP is 5-1/2 over and 1/2 up. Factory finish with normal oil absorption rate from use. Was very fortunate to roll another 300 game the other night with it. It's been awhile, almost 5 years since the last one. Typical easy house shot. If I weren't so stubborn and would make the proper adjustments during transition I would probably would have had several more with this ball. It's just ridiculous!

I recently purchased the Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno ball to increase my hook and it did the trick. If you are looking for something extra this is the ball for you, but make sure you have another ball in your bag when the lanes begin to break down because the ball will roll out, it will just hook too early lowering the power into the pocket.

Bought a Scorchin' Inferno for my son as an extra hooking ball. Loves it, as it rolls a lot earlier than his Inferno but doesn't roll out...inside or out it seems to have a good midlane roll and still make it through the heads.

The Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno bowling ball increased my average almost ten pins. It is and will be a great addition to my arsenal. I recommend this for anyone looking for oily lane ball.

The Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno bowling ball is a great price for what you are getting. It consistently hooks through oily lanes, and gives you a lot of back end action with driving force through the pins. I enjoy throwing this ball because of consistent accuracy and movement.

I have the Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno. When the lanes are medium to oily I still get a ton of hook and it destroys the pins. The only thing with this ball is that it is not a good ball for dry lanes. I have to bowl gutter to gutter to tame the monster hook with this aggressive ball. If you are are smart and do not try to use on dry lanes it works very good.

The Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno bowling ball is an awesome ball! It has great mid lane roll and aggressive move to the pocket. Hits like a truck and carries the pins. I throw it with the factory finish about 15mph. Definitely recommend this one!

I bought a 16 pound Brunswick Scorchin Inferno bowling ball on eBay from bowlingball.com. One of the cloudy blems. It is quite possibly the best bowling ball I have ever thrown. Got it new in December and I gave thrown three 700 series with it at a tough house bowling only once a week. Great ball.

The Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno bowling ball is a great house condition ball especially for heavy to medium conditioned lanes. I stand with my left foot on the 25 board and throw out to the second arrow, 10 board, swinging out to about the six board. Ball finishes very strong for my style of bowling. Great all around ball.

I love the Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno bowling ball as a backup for lanes where I need to get the ball rolling in the mid-lane and still finish on the back. When I can't get my Angular or Doom to start and keep from burning out on the back I go to the Scorchin and will usually roll out into the pocket and still hit with force. Good roll, hook, hitting power combination for bowlers with decent speed and mid to high rev rates and good hook for bowlers with less hand on shots that they have trouble getting the ball to start into a roll. Similar to the Ultimate Inferno with stronger backend angle. Best of luck!

This ball ROCKS. I used a standard drill layout (Med Oil) and polished it to 1000 grit. This ball hits like a Sherman Tank. I have yet to see a condition I cant bowl on. Dry, Med., Oily, combination doesnt matter. This ball will go through anything and then some. My ball is also a SECOND. Just a color variation. Best $70 I have ever spent.

The Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno bowling ball is a great hooking ball. A lot of snap at the end so you should throw at a decent speed and put a lot of revs on it. The coverstock lasts long without chipping or denting, ball stays in great condition.

I have been bowling with Brunswick bowling balls since 1999. My average is 210 and I love Brunswick bowling balls. The Inferno series is probably the best line that Brunswick has every come out with thus far. I recently just purchased the Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno bowling ball from bowlingball.com, received it fast by the way, and bowled with it today and I am "TOTALLY" impressed with this ball. It has a tremendous hook, I have never seen anything like it before. I have two Brunswick Smokin Inferno's and they don't even compare to the hook of the Brunswick Scorchin' Inferno bowling ball. Put it like this, I tried to throw a washout and the ball just hooked up and hit the pocket, no matter how fast I threw it. "GREAT BALL", Thanks bowlingball.com!!!
