Track 912T Reviewed By: mpwebber 10/18/2013 21:04 ( stars)
This ball is an excellent choice for heavy oil patterns.
The 912T provides great traction in the oil and a smooth, but strong backend reaction. This is my goto ball when bowling on fresh sport and tournament conditions.
This is the earliest rolling ball out of any Track ball I have rolled to date.

I bought the Track 912T and had bowlingball.com drill the ball. The process to get the ball drilled was very easy. When I received the 912T, it was ready to go to the lanes. I took to my first league night after receiving the ball and bowled a 518 series. On my next league night I bowled a 566 series. I was impressed with the way the ball hit the pins and drove through the pocket. I also liked the way it tracked down the lane, as it always seems to find its way to the pocket. I would recommend this ball to anyone.

I recently purchased this ball as a gift for my wife. She needed a new ball for oily lanes and we both decided to try this ball. Base on the reaction that we saw last weekend; we can say that it's definetly the ball for what it intended. The reaction was good and it hook for her when throwned on the oily part of the lane. Well, we will give more review when she have enough games on this ball. But so far she said she like it! :)

Just bought it today; got to the lanes for my league an hour early just to try it out. Bowled a 194... liked what I was seeing and stuck with it over my NeXXXus. Bowled a 212, 222, 203; a lot of pins sweeping and picked up a few splits. This ball is really powerful and I'm still pretty much a beginner. I throw at about 13.5-14.5 mph w/ a 15 lbs ball. I just throw this ball out there and comes back nice and hard. The other team was a no show tonight and I had my line all to myself pretty much so a whole lot of oil, which is why I decided to use this ball over my nexxxus and I'm glad I got a ball for oily lanes. I initially got this for another league at a different place which has a ton of oil but I think I'll start with this ball for my first game from now on.

I would recommend the 912T. On a house shot the 912T is strong in the back and, as a tweener, I can either play up the boards or move in with it. I currently have my 912T with the pin below the fingers and a light shine.

I have throw all the 9 series ball by Track all the other 9 series seem to burn up in the fronts and have no energy on the back. I used most of my 9 balls on the burn or short patterns.
But the 912T has cured that I had it drilled with a 6 1/2 pin from my pap hit it with 4000 aborlon then polished it, the ball gets down the lane and then has smooth reaction on the back. And hits very hard.

Ball: 3\\\" Pin
Drill: 55 degree layout
Balance Hole: 1\\\" right of thumb
Had this ball drilled the same as my 919C and Nano. This layout provides all the action you could ask for tempered with the ability to easily control the ball. Double thumbed the weight hole after first bowling without a weight hole. The hole actually smoothed the shot out slightly and brought it from CRAZY INSANE to simply AWESOME. I vary ball speed, where to play on the lane (any angle) and how much I hit the ball IAW how the lanes dictate. The 912T allows me to change one of those factors: I can now dictate where I want to play when I use the 912T. Inside deep angles; outside; around the track; fast or slow; slick or chopped up 2nd league shot. This ball will enhance your current skills by grabbing the lane and pounding the pocket continuously - repetitively - with incredible energy and an awesome look. This ball give me that so-hard-to-find feeling that I am in total control. I think... I ... am in love with this ball... (is that so wrong?) 720 on first league night on our 42\\\' house shot with an out of bounds area that makes outside of 6 look like Teflon on ice. I am in for two more. Different layouts and surfaces on each. Hope to add another review based on how those balls react on various shots. Good luck and GOOD BOWLING!

912T.....If your looking for HOOK you got it here.. Great for medium to heavy oil conditions. Drilled my first 1 pin down below the middle finger CG kicked out 1-1/2 inches, weight hole 4-1/2 over and 1 inch down, clean thru the heads and strong in the back.. My ball speed is about 16 mph with moderate revs. Man does this ball hit like a truck. By far the most hooking ball I have thrown.....

The 912T is a beast! This 9 series bowling ball hooks! Out of the box the 912T is a strong, early beast but with some polish the ball still hooks but gives you more backend motion! The 912T is the best 9 series bowling ball so far, hands down! Ther layout I used was 75 X 4 3/4 X 70 or simply pin down slightly outside of ring finger with mass bias strong with X hole on my P3. The 912T wants to tansistion fast in box condition but that is what I was looking for.... an oil ball! The cover is strong and the proven core is a fantastic match! If you are looking for a ball that hooks!!!! 912T is your ball!
