When I bought this ball it was only for sport shot. I increased my sport shot average around 15 pins after getting this ball. I find it to be too strong to throw on most house shots but when I can throw it on house shot, I completely blow the rack apart. The love the ability to crank from the inside of the lane to the outside of the lane and back that this ball gives me. This is a great ball.
