This customer was looking for a ball that would be a little stronger than his Roto Grip Mars but weaker than his Track 505c. In drilling this ball I was really sure what to expect with this new cover Global is using.

Right out of the box (without the hole) this was by far the cleanest bowling ball I have seen in some time. It absolutely ignores the front part of the lane. At first it was a little too clean making it weaker than the Mars he is currently throwing. After he threw the ball for couple days we decided to add a P3 hole. This type of hole helps increase the core numbers and hopefully will make the ball transition a little bit earlier. By added this hole the ball moved a good 5 feet sooner and about 4 boards stronger. We then changed the 4000 polished surface to 1500 polished. Now the ball does exactly what he was looking for.

Rev dominate players absolutely need to take a look at this ball. If you having trouble getting something to push down the lane in late shift leagues or late blocks in tournaments, this ball is your answer. Do not be afraid to drill this ball strong and play with the surface. As you can see from what I said above, this ball can be fine-tuned very easily!
