Hammer Blue Vibe has all you need in a solid reactive ball. The roll is predictable, smooth in the front with a strong move in the backend. This was what we all were waiting for from Hammer Thank You for our Blue Vibe back in action.

I have been wanting to get a new Vibe ever since I became a staff member with Hammer a little over 4 years ago, and now I can! I am very excited about the new blue Vibe. I drilled mine with the pin under my middle finger to give me a smooth backend, while it still has good length. Its almost like throwing a urethane ball honestly, but that's exactly what I wanted from it. I'll be able to get out of any type of condition by going straight up the 5 board with this piece.

ok ok ok. The Vibe Blue is a good ball, if you bowl slow. If you put a lot of force on it to hook then maybe you can bowl it fast. I've had troubles with this ball but after I got it redrilled it helped a lot. I drop it on the very right and it goes straight into the pocket. My average was 149 and now its 188 since I redrilled it..good luck with this ball.

Decent ball. I think it's better for those who are slower speed bowlers. I throw it too hard for this ball to get going unless there is a lot of friction. I think it fits in between the Kinetic Emerald and Side Swipe Pearl.

The blue Vibe is a great compliment to the Cherry Vibe. For me this ball reads the front part of the lane sooner with continuous back end motion. I have tested this ball from 1000-4000, and polished 1000-4000. For me this ball works best at 1000 matte finish and 3000 polished.

The Blue Vibe is Back! The remake has the same awesome core with the same cover as the Onyx Vibe. The original blue vibe was extremely poplular due to its versalitity. This remake will not disappoint. It has the great midlane roll with very controllable backend motion. I have used it on several medium to short sport patterns with great success. I drilled mine with a pin down drilling with a stronger 4 1/2 in pin. This gave more midlane and control on tougher patterns. The Blue Vibe has more overall ball motion than the new Cherry Vibe. Both vibes are great choices for league and tournament play.

My friend owns the vibe and he let me throw it. First game I shot with it was a 257. It had a great length and great back end. I was on a lane that was a tad dry, but not that much. I'm trying to buy it from him.

Great puschase for any level bowler. This ball is very versatile. I drilled mine with the pin at 12'clock with the CG in the palm. Super clean through the front part of the lane with an explosive motion off the spot. Evena with my high rev rate and ball speed I can open up the lane quick. This ball takes surface change very well. Even with slowing down my ball speed I can use this ball in heavier volumes of oil.

This ball is simply amazing at this price point. The ball glides thru the fronts and really makes a move downlane off of the friction. Old wood lanes or a bowling center that seems to hook, this ball will be what you need.

I can’t express how awesome it is to have this amazing ball back in my bag!!! You want good midlane with a bunch of continuation, then do not look any further. This ball will out perform any ball in its same price point PERIOD!!!!. I have throw this ball on all of the PBA patterns. There is not that many balls that can be throw on multiple conditions and give you a good look but this one can!! It is a very versital bowling ball.

I've been looking for something in a house where there is historically terrible over/under. The Blue Vibe by Hammer is finally the ball to blend out the pattern enough for me. The last 2 league nights I've shot 802 and 790. This ball is a terrific value and is very forgiving. I plan to order a couple more!

Nothing but good Vibes with this one! I decided to go with a pin down, stronger layout for this one and it was completely unnecessary. This ball is a hidden monster for hook potential, definitely one of the strongest in this price point. This should be a great fit right in between the Scandal Pearl and the Rebel Solid. If you want to see a stronger reaction a little further down lane the Cherry Vibe would be a great fit!

First impression of this ball was it had the same specs and cover as the onyx vibe. This ball gave me a nostalgic feeling because it is identical to the Onyx which was one my favorite balls of all time. I drilled mine pin below the fingers. My intentions of this ball was to stay on top of the dry and arc into the pocket. It does just that! My first time throwing it at a tournament I had the front 10 289 on a low volume pattern. This ball is essential to every tournament bowlers bag. Clean through the front and strong arcing

Here is my take on the new Blue Vibe by Hammer. This new remake features the tried and true Vibe core surrounded by the CT Reactive Plus cover. Like all Hammers, the Blue Vibe features a 3 year industry leading warranty.

My vitals are a 405 rev rate and a PAP of 5 9/16 over and 1/8 up. I drilled 2 Blue Vibes, one with a 45 x 5 1/4 x 70 with a weight hole 4 inches over and 2 1/2 inches down.(pin down) I drilled the other with a 50 x 5 x 25 with a weight hole on the PAP. I have used both at box surface (2000 Abralon polished) and 2000 sanded. I have tried them on 2015 USBC Masters and several different THS.

The Blue Vibe was one of the most popular Vibes ever made because of its performance on the lanes. The remake does NOT disappoint! I have an original Blue Vibe with the same layout as the pin down one. In trying both with the same surface, I found the new Blue Vibe to be a board or 2 stronger. However, the original has a ton of games on it and as such, may explain any difference. However, like the original, the remake Blue Vibe gives strong and predictable reads on the lanes. The Blue Vibe is very forgiving and does not over read transitions in the pattern. It is definitely earlier/stronger than the new Cherry Vibe and should excel on many different patterns and volumes. In the past, I have used the Blue Vibe on many different PBA/sport patterns...from 35 feet to 43 feet. The Blue Vibe is potentially that versatile. Between the 2 Blue Vibes I've drilled, I've got an earlier/smoother motion with the pin down one and the pin up one gives me a quicker, stronger downlane transition...2 very distinct shapes. Predictability and consistency are the hallmarks of the new Blue Vibe. I might also add that I have found the new Blue Vibe hits very hard and carries well. Like with any Vibe, as noted, different ball motions can be achieved depending on layout and will suit many different styles of bowler.

In fairness, this is not a ball that you will use to go 25 to 5 and bring it back. However, if you are seeking a ball that will give predictable, forgiving reads on a variety of patterns whether THS or sport, the Blue Vibe is for you. The Blue Vibe is currently available, see your local pro shop for more details!

I found my league ball! I drilled my Vibe with a 70 x 5 1/2 x 35 layout which but the pin above my bridge. This ball has the symmetrical vibe core along with the CT reactive Plus cover which provides goof length with a controlled down lane reaction! This ball is great for light oil patterns.

Today's the day!!! The Hammer Blue Vibe is available in your local pro shops. I have thrown it on various house shots, and will give my review. I missed out on the originals, but could not miss this opportunity. So far, I am happy with my decision. I drilled this one pin down, and the motion is great for the layout. It is a great step down ball when they dry up a bit, and continues the tradition of Hammer's hitting power. Add this to your arsenal immediately! #teamebi #bluevibe

I just recently picked up the Hammer Vibe Blue bowling ball. I had it drilled with the pin right below the bridge and it is perfect for light oil or dry lanes. I throw from the 4-5 board and it has a nice arc to the pocket. I pair this with my primary ball for a 201 average ( Ebonite's Angular One ). It does not have any backend on heavily oiled lanes, you'd want a Hammer Black Widow (in Hammer's current line) for that. Cheers.

The Iconic line was an awesome idea. This ball is very smooth. Reads the lane earlier but with its continuous motion down lane makes for a great combo. This ball is a steal at this price point. I promise you wont be disappointed.

About the Bowler

This was probably my first bowling ball and I used it on PBA Experience patterns: cheetah and chameleon and... beyond a perfect match! Vibe blue (or if you consider cherry) is the perfect match for chameleon and cheetah DO NOT LET ANYONE TELL YOU DIFFERENTLY!!! when I was against the Viper, Shark and Scorpion patterns, I knew what to do, I had hook. Before any league, tournament, coaching session, or practice, I go through a series of cleaning my balls.
1: regular rubbing alcohol
2: Elite yellow conditioner (forgot name :))
3: ABRALON PAD 360 GRIT 2X!!! Abralon Pads work completly!!!
when I was 13 years old, I won my first tournament at Buena Lanes
Ventura County Kings/queens tournament I barely made match play, then I moved all the way up to stepladder (the whole tournament I used my Hammer Vibe blue) and I made to the finals. My game: 9/ x x x x x x 9/ x x x x = 269 game! All you have to do is believe in yourself, your decisions, and more importantly your bowling ball!

A few months ago I joined a city-wide bowling league for all bank employees, just on a whim. I had bowled a couple times before that, usually embarassing myself but thought it would be fun to do something with my co-workers. I ended up improving drastically in the 8-week league and finished with a 130 average.

For Christmas I got the Hammer Vibe Blue and finally got it drilled and tried it out last night. All I can say is wow! The hook was exactly what I was looking for compared to the house balls I was accustomed to. The Vibe is lengthy and then has that nice pop on the back-end and just crushes the pocket. My previous high game was a measly 167, but in my first night with the Vibe I got a 206.

If you're someone who has never owned a bowling ball and bowls on a semi-regular basis, take it from me and get yourself a ball. Completely worth it, especially getting the Hammer Vibe.

I got to agree with Arsenal298 lol..i bought the vibe exactly for dry lanes, got it drilled and BAM this ball took off on me...i think that if your a stroker than yea this ball is great for dry but tweaner to cranker your gonna need some oil...although its not what i expected i LOVE this ball..i consider it a blessing in disguise because when the lanes are oily i pull this bad boy out and it kills the pocket..definitely recommend this ball to any one with a hook.

There are several good reasons to take the Vibe :
1. You are an advanced player who needs a strong hitting ball for dry lanes only (i have additionally the Columbia 300 Resurgence for heavy oil and the Hammer Black Widow Pearl for medium oil). In this case, the Vibe is a very good completion of the rack.
2. You play very slow. In my club a senior plays this ball as the first choice (about 10-11 mph max. speed).
3. You are a rookie and want to start with playing a hook. Then it is not too aggressive and you need not to put the ball exactly on your target point.
It's good controllability and forgiveness of little mistakes makes this ball in every of these cases a very good choice. Nevertheless, it hooks good and hits hard at the end.
Its usage is not recommended for mid speed or high speed players on oily lanes. Under these circumstances it reacts too late and slip through the pin deck without rioting.

I just bought the Hammer Blue Vibe for a good dry lane ball. Boy was I in for a surprise when on the first night of my league I decided to try it out. All I could say was WOW!!! This ball had a lot of back end and I was on a medium to heavy oil shot. I was throwing the ball about 17-17.5 mph and couldn't believe the reaction. I am currently thinking of getting another Hammer ball.

The Hammer Vibe Blue bowling ball has to be one of the best balls you can buy for under $150.00, or maybe just one of the best balls period. I have shot 290 twice with it already and a bunch of 270 somethings. I have only had the ball maybe 3 months. I would definitely recommend this ball to anyone. I like it so much I just bought another one to have as a back up when this one craps out. Also I think if you like this one go ahead and buy a cherry one like I did.

I got one of these Vibes because in my league the lanes dry up during the second game. I have a 400+ rev rate so I can bring it back still from 25 to 10. But it goes long and charges on the back. It shocked me. I can use it on medium as well. Greatly underrated ball by Hammer.
