I bought this ball in hopes to having a more powerful backend. The bowling alley I bowl leagues at recently started oiling their lanes more due to too many people getting 300's. Well my old Lane Masters AP2 just wasn't doing the job anymore, I decided on this. I am right handed with a 190 average with a medium-high rev rate and am a stroker. Since getting this ball, I have averaged a 210 (661, 588, 645). I am still getting used to it and I know my average will just keep going up. This ball is very predictable on medium to medium-heavy oil and has a very consistent roll. It has a backend as powerful as I've ever seen. I can be 3 boards off to the right and it will recover. I can be 2 boards off to the left and it will go in high and get at least 8. I rarely ever get splits anymore. Getting this ball convinced my father who is a 215 average to get a 900 global ball (he got the break s75 since he wanted slightly less hook).
In these days where oil patterns are getting heavier you need a stronger ball. The ball makes all the difference, so choosing the right one is vastly important. This is the right ball for anyone looking for a powerful ball that can hook and recover from mediocre shots. I recommend this ball to anyone. I hope no one else in my league stumbles upon this ball, it is my new secret weapon!
Overall, great ball. I heard 900 global broke off from columbia btw for people wondering about the company. Hopefully I can get my first 300 with this ball.
